I've been to a few Zaxby's, and this one wasn't particularly great. As soon as you walk in it's kind of gritty feeling. The high chairs were sticky and awful but luckily we had a cover to use for it. The food was ok, but didn't seem as fresh as I've had at other locations. I think this one needs a deep clean after the holidays.
The service is about the worst I the area, we had to wait for 30 minutes to get our food then they left stuff out and even with the receipt I was argued with over what was missing and I never left the lobby with the bag. They are all lazy. I spent 75 dollars and it was like I didn't buy enough. We will drive to Valdosta before I goto my local zaxbys. Pathetic

The drink machine was out of most of the more popular (coke, sprite, lemonade,etc.) options. The bathroom was a mess. They called us for our dine in order, but still packed it to go.
