“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!”

Staff is knowledgeable of whats on the menu & very helpful. The physical building is kept clean from the front door to the bathrooms. Yep, I recommend this spot. Stop by and grab a pan of boil. “Great food and service but was very loud the night we were there. Not much the staff could do as there was a very large party (about 20 people) seated close to us and they were having several conversations all at the same time...and very loudly.
I got the salmon with rice and a sweet potato. It was delicious! Our server was quick with refills and very apologetic about the noise level. The restaurant should have an option of a private room or something to keep parties that size in.
Always a good meal and good service though, so I'll be back for sure.”

“Came to eat with a friend and was very much rushed by my waitress, I think she must be kinda new. I was hurrying to go pay, since she was in such a hurry. When she brought our food out she told us that they closed 20 minutes ago and she was going to leave our ticket with us. They close at 9 or 9:20, and I understand the frustration, but we knew what we wanted and would be quick and we tip good. I will say, she didn’t get to see that because of her attitude.
Our food took forever bc there was a huge party sat right before us. So why rush us? I planned on never coming back here, but the sweetest waitress (I forgot her name, maybe keirstin? Blondish hair, sweet face) saved the day just asking how I’m doing. I will be back, and if I can remember her name I will be requesting her. The other one with red in her braids needs to take a class on guest service if she ever wants to make real money. You fake it til the guests are gone honey.”

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This is the type of place you would drive by and ignore but look at all the cars parked outside, they're there for a reason. I've seen Ronnie pull ribs right off the smoker and bring them inside to serve. You can go to the chain restaurants in Albany but this place has the best tasting barbecue in town.”

“We have gone several times over the last few months. I try to order ahead to save time in the mornings. I have noticed on 3 separate occasions that an added topping I've paid for is not added to my acai bowl - but it's usually after I've driven away. But yesterday, I ordered a bowl ahead and then when I arrived to pick up, I also added an Iced Expresso. They pulled me up and only brought out the Expresso. They then told me they couldn't find my online order - so I show the young lady my receipt and then they make the acai bowl and bring it to me as well. I thanked them and went to work - not really examining it due to the extra time it took as I was trying to get to work. But when I got to work, I noticed my bowl was quite sparce. I paid $17 for this bowl with hardly any Acai base in it 😢. The occasional missed topping here and there I can let slide, especially if I didn't take the time to notice it before I drive off. But I was so disappointed in this bowl.
In general, I really like this place - nice service, delicious bowls made with fresh ingredients. I would just say to look at your order thoroughly before leaving.

Update: I have gone back a few more times since my last review. I was even asked by one of the young ladies, if I was the same person that left the review. She apologized for the way the bowl was made. She stated she wasn't a manager or owner, and couldn't respond to the review, but agreed that the bowl is not their usual standard. I appreciated the acknowledgement. She was so professional and so cordial. I even decided to place a large order for my team and I that had to work on Christmas Eve and everyone loved their smoothies & bowls! ♥️🍧🥤”

“I came pretty late like right before closing. I felt kind of bad but I'd just driven for like 10 hours and needed to eat. The employees were super nice though! They got me in and out real quick. Everything was clean and it was a pretty cozy atmosphere inside even if I only stayed long enough to make my order. Good folks.”

“The best Honey Baked Ham Cafe I have been to. You can fill out a card and check exactly every thing you want on your sandwich. When I order at another Honey Baked I have to tell the cashier what I want. Sometimes I forget something and other times the cashier misses one of the details. The ordering card reminds me of everything I want and also reminds me of all the other things I can get with my sandwich to make it a complete lunch. I take clients there often. It's real food, not processed.”

“Checker’s in Albany is one of our favorite fast food spots, the food is always piping hot and fresh. Today we had to park to wait on our food which literally took only a minute at most, and the manager came out and had us make sure everything was correct. We were missing one of our orders so he ran back to grab it, and we realized a fry order was missing still, so he ran back again… while he was gone we looked at the receipt and realized we’d been charged for the entree, not the meal. After apologizing profusely and offering to get out and pay for the fries, he waved it off and said don’t worry about it and that he’d thrown in a free apple pie for our trouble. The customer service at this location is always spot on! The lady who took our order was so sweet too. Love you guys!”

“As a truck driver, I always appreciate something different than McD’s or Taco Bell or Subway. I didn’t expect much, as I have learned this world is not what it used to be. But here, everyone was so kind and welcoming. We were greeted immediately, our server was Sharell and lemme tell you how sweet of a lady she was! The world needs more of her in it! “I would like to recognize two outstanding employees at the Jack’s location on North Slappey in Albany, Georgia, Shanterilla and Mrs.Stepheny. They are both extremely hardworking and always make sure the restaurant is clean and welcoming when I come in. They never hesitate to make sure my chicken is fresh and hot, and they consistently provide great customer service. Jack’s is my favorite restaurant, and I visit daily or every other day. I truly appreciate these two ladies and the effort they put into their work. I hope Jack’s corporate office recognizes Shanterilla and Mrs. Stepheny, along with the rest of the staff, for their hard work and dedication. They are a great representation of Jack’s and what other local chicken restaurant should.”

“My lunch at Arby's in Albany, GA was actually very good! My group went inside & ordered food to go. Very clean restaurant & bathrooms. I watched the employees make all our food fresh to order. Only negative to that is that it took a good 10-15 minutes to get our diverse food order (we all ordered very different menu options). But, the food we received was hot, fresh, & made perfectly! The 2 employees working were very capable & in good spirits even though they were both pretty busy working hard at the time of my visit. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars for service was the wait time. The 2 employees did a great job, but would have benefited from a 3rd staff member. Overall, excellent experience & delicious food!”
