“First hand the atmosphere is ok. Ordered a top shelf margarita that was mostly lime juice, was not good all Our waitress Taylor took the drink off for us. I tried the sea scallops and they were cooked decently. I also had the blackened shrimp and it felt lacking as there were only 6 large shrimp(felt like an appetizer dish instead of a 2 meat meal). The chipotle Gouda grits were good as I like spicy things and the mashed potatoes were good. My wife’s grouper tasted ok and looked smaller than what you would have expected. This was our 2nd attempt at the catch and while I say I would recommend I recommend them once a year or once every 6 months.”

“My family and I have invested in the Gold Pass offered here (like a membership) and we’re here OFTEN. The food and service is always outstanding. With our gold pass there’s a 50% discount on the food which makes it really affordable. We also got the reusable cups, so never pay for drinks. Since this is an indoor activity for the kids to stay entertained for 2-3 hours, it’s a frequently requested family activity in our household. I would definitely recommend this location over the other Chuck E. Cheese locations we’ve been in the past. Way cleaner and way friendlier!”

“Shogun is a great Asian restaurant in Albany with a lot of potential. The quality of the food and ingredients is excellent. The sushi, in particular, is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Our waiter was very kind and attentive, which definitely added to the overall experience.
If I may offer two small suggestions: first, improving the cleanliness of the tables and floors would make the environment more pleasant. Second, consider refrigerating the soy sauce bottles left on the tables. If left out too long, they tend to ferment and lose their intended flavor.

I got three of the 4 soups, each one was very good . Service was good but very hasty. Would be nice if server was a little more relaxed. The rush hour was finishing up and was still under some pressure but even at that it's hard for the customer to relax when the server is wound up.

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.”

The wings and Philly sandwiches are good too. Limited menu items so everything they do make is really good. Small waiting area. You can sit and eat, but most ppl just order to go. Staff is not always personable, but never seen be rude either. They are all busy doing their jobs, and doing them well.”

“We have been coming to Sonny;s for years and enjoy to food. But the last three times we came we had a waitress name Brittney who really put a bad taste in our mouth. She didn't seem to have time to take our order, she had an attitude and when the food was brought out she practically threw it on the table. She never came back to the table to check on us until one of our party said something to the manage and then it was with attitude. If it was busy I could understand, it was not. maybe she was having a bad day, all three times! Needless to say, we won't be coming back, nor any of my family because they had the same experience with the same girl. what happen to customer courtesy. I will drive to Lee Co or Sylvester to get my BBQ from now on. I hate one bad apple spoils the whole basket.”

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. When you go there, don't be put off if the lot is full, it's one of those places that are bigger on the inside than they look on the outside. The food is very good and very fresh and they have a pretty good variety to choose from. It's a very clean place with good and helpful employees. It's a place you won't mind going to again.”

This is the type of place you would drive by and ignore but look at all the cars parked outside, they're there for a reason. I've seen Ronnie pull ribs right off the smoker and bring them inside to serve. You can go to the chain restaurants in Albany but this place has the best tasting barbecue in town.”

The kitchen did a great job helping get her orders orders correct and to us quickly. Kristy was very attentive to the group, pleasant , and all around great! Food was good!”
