Have noticed a change in the last 6 mos. in the quality of the Turkey and ham slices you can buy and take home. At Thanksgiving I noticed the ham slices were just from a freezer and still had ice in them.Then recently I got the Turkey slices and they were soaked in thawed ice. Tray was leaky with liquid. It caused the slices to look a differnent color.You may need to not have too much made ahead of time and do not freeze.
The Ham and the Turkey were very good. I can see why people order the family meals for home. However i was not impressed with the potato salad. It had a strange texture. I wish macaroni And cheese was available as a side for regular orders. They are generous with the amount of meat on the sandwich if you compare it to the cost of a subway sub. Pasta salad was good but i like mine without onions however that is a personal choice not a hit on them. The chilli reminded me of canned...read full review

The chicken salad on croissant with provolone is AMAZING. Went to chicken salad chick the day before and was heartbroken because it didn't taste like my honey baked ham's chicken salad.
