I went in for my first time to order for several teachers during teacher appreciation week and I wasn’t greeted upon entering the establishment. Also encountered 2 rude employees who thought it was ok to mock me instead of help me with the correct sandwich selection through the ordering process. They whispered amongst each other all while preparing the food about what I assume to me ME! This was my first and LAST time visiting this establishment!!!!

The most rude lady I have ever dealt with in fast food works here. My first time ever visiting this store and I have here asking me if I can read when I had a question about the list. Very aggressive unprofessional and snappy. When I said I wasn’t coming back, she said that this is just the way she talks. Management didn’t even say anything in response when I brought it up. Honey Baked Ham, you guys probably don’t even realize how much business from other customers (not returning) because of this woman. She is an African American woman probably in her 40s or 50s. Love the food, HATE the service.
The chicken salad on croissant with provolone is AMAZING. Went to chicken salad chick the day before and was heartbroken because it didn't taste like my honey baked ham's chicken salad.

Have noticed a change in the last 6 mos. in the quality of the Turkey and ham slices you can buy and take home. At Thanksgiving I noticed the ham slices were just from a freezer and still had ice in them.Then recently I got the Turkey slices and they were soaked in thawed ice. Tray was leaky with liquid. It caused the slices to look a differnent color.You may need to not have too much made ahead of time and do not freeze.

The Ham and the Turkey were very good. I can see why people order the family meals for home. However i was not impressed with the potato salad. It had a strange texture. I wish macaroni And cheese was available as a side for regular orders. They are generous with the amount of meat on the sandwich if you compare it to the cost of a subway sub. Pasta salad was good but i like mine without onions however that is a personal choice not a hit on them. The chilli reminded me of canned hot dog chilli. Not real flavorful or meaty. The iced tea was watery And lacking that southern tea flavor. The customer service was terrific. All three ladies were very nice and polite.
