Long story short. After waiting over 45 minutes for lunch we were told that our food was being prepared as we speak. Our food never came out so we left without eating. Terrible experience and lack of any kind of customer service. Thumbs way down.
Great service! Bartenders and manager are extremely accommodating and friendly.
