Rita at checkout is fabulous! Always happy, super fast and THE friendliest! Shes always there and I LOVE that when checking out! Always a pleasure to WANT to come back in to eat and shop! Rita knows where everything is so I can just ask her and she shows me right away! Makes MY life easier!
The waitress dropped one of my chicken tenders on my lap/ floor, just said “Oh No” and walked away. Never apologized or brought me a replacement tender. I’m just so confused how someone could be so brain dead. I would have told the manager but she was no where to be found.
After returning from an international trip, the first place I went for breakfast was Cracker Barrel—and they did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the service was warm, and Ms. Rita at checkout went above and beyond while I waited for my daughter. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for a great meal and a little shopping.
