I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza, it never was delivered when it said delivered, no one picked up the phone when I called the store. Someone needs to fire the manager or close the store if this is how they want to run a business.

Ordered two pizzas and they never showed up, even though the tracker showed “delivered” (when the driver was 18 minutes away). Tried to call customer service, speak to a manager, anyone at all. Spent 30 minutes on hold numerous times and nobody ever came on the line. Do not order from here. This place is garbage and the manager should be fired immediately.

Tonight we ordered several items from Domino's Store # 4193 in Alpharetta GA. We waited nearly two hours. The tracker kept saying it was on its way. I called the store and spoke to the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. She was the store manager, Lortoya. First she said they only had two drivers but the food was on its way. I asked her when should we expect it. She then said they only had one driver and the food was still sitting in the store. So I asked her which one was it. I asked her again when should we expect it. She got nasty and claimed I didn't ask her that before. She literally called me a liar. Then asked me what the hell else I wanted. The food or a refund. I chose refund. Between home and business, we order Domino's a few times a month. No more. This "manager" deserves to be fired, and we are all done with Domino's. Just look at all the recent similar negative reviews saying the same thing. Domino's corporate should be ashamed and needs to replace her.

I cannot rate them zero stars. I left explicit directions on how to enter my apartment complex. I provided my gate code as well as what floor I was on. After placing my order, I noticed my old number was attached. I quickly fixed that, and hoped my rather basic and easy to understand instructions would suffice. As it does work for every other delivery company I used. I guess not for Dominos. The driver marked my order as delivered, but no pizza. I called to let them know and apologized for the wrong number on the account. The girl was very short about it all and explained that I shouldn’t have ordered without updating my account. She advised me I can go pick it up…which I can’t because that’s why I placed a delivery order. So she just said she’ll cancel it and hung up. This may have been the worst delivery experience I’ve had.

Twice now I have ordered delivery from this place for events at work and both times the delivery was over an hour late with no cares given. No heads up or anything. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of everyone’s time. They could at least give a call and say the order will be an HOUR late. They wouldn’t even give a full refund.

First time we ordered from Dominos we ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was correct the 2nd was not. Manager refunded the pizza.The second time we ordered from Dominos we ordered garlic bread and 2 pizzas, 1 was correct, and again the 2nd pizza was completely wrong. Not even close to what we ordered and had 3 toppings we hate. I placed order online for the order to arrive at a certain time. It was 30 minutes late and we were starving so we ate while the food was hot. I then called to report the error. A different manager was on duty, Tori. I was completely taken aback at how rude and unprofessional she was right from the start. She said she wouldn’t do anything because I waited too long to complain. What??! There’s a deadline? I was stunned, and then she said can you bring the pizza back to the store? Again, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. After arguing with me, putting all the blame for their mistakes on me, no acknowledgement of their late delivery and delivery of wrong product, much less an apology, she (with attitude) agreed to a credit. I asked how much the credit was and she said a 2-topping pizza. Then I told her we paid $22 for a specialty pizza with extra toppings and she said there’s no way any pizza of theirs costs that much. So she isn’t familiar with their pricing, nor did she look at our order to see for herself what we ordered and paid for that pizza ($21.74) She begrudgingly said she’d credit the cost of a specialty pizza and that’s it. Of all the different pizza delivery places I’ve ordered from over the years, (actually, of all deliveries period) this was the worst customer service experience ever.

Getting one medium size cheese pizza takes more than 2 hrs. I ordered a pizza for pick up at 7 and online it said it will take 60-70 minutes. I reached the location at 8 and the guy told me you have to wait for 1.5 hrs . Drove 15 minutes to other location and the pizza was already ready. They took only 15 minutes for the same pizza.

Worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dominos. The last two times I tried to order:1: Ordered online - got a call 45 mins later from a completely different store saying my local store bounced the order to them and I’m not in the new store delivery area. Order cancelled.2: Ordered online - said 21 mins great! Pull up the tracker, 95 minutes. Called store 3x no answer. Arrive at store 25 mins after ordering. Was told they’re just busy and it’ll be another 40 mins. Order cancelled.Never again.Pizza Hut and Papa John’s within a couple of miles from this store.

Ordered delivery on a Wednesday night for one large pizza. After an hour we called the store and got the automatic message that our pizza was out for delivery. After an hour and a half we called the store and an employee answered and said our driver was on his way. After two hours we called the store again and they said the driver hadn’t left yet. The store said they would send the driver now, but with no guarantee they actually were, we asked them to remake the pizza and we would come pick it up. When we got there they tried to pass off an obviously two hour old pizza as a freshly remade one and lied to our face about it (the bottom of the box was soaking wet so it definitely wasn’t new). We asked them to please remake the pizza with us there. We finally got a fresh pizza after two and a half hours. Honestly the worst service ever. I get places might be short staffed but be honest up front and don’t blatantly lie multiple times. I’d give zero stars if I could.
