I love the staff! Soooo Nice! I wish DD would implement a tip when paying with our carts! I wish we can treat them better! Starbucks take so much and they are not as nice as DD’s staff members! Hope you will do something soon!
By far one of my favorites in the Atlanta area. The staff is very kind. I would go as far and say that it almost has a Chick-fil-A feel. Every single one of them I have talked to at the window always has a smile and it is just so overly sweet. It really is pleasant going there, definitely unlike any other experience at other Dunkins state wide.

Service: The staff who was serving was rude while we visited there last time for a take out order. Even his colleague asked him to behave properly. He did not respect our order and packed the wrong items, and wrong quantity. We realized it after taking it home.
