Bagel is worst, decaf is just like hot water.If you want to eat nice bagel pls go to bagel shop . If you prefer donuts then it is okay.

Service: The staff who was serving was rude while we visited there last time for a take out order. Even his colleague asked him to behave properly. He did not respect our order and packed the wrong items, and wrong quantity. We realized it after taking it home. I heard generally positive reviews about this outlet but, may it was a bad day for us and him. Nevertheless not planning to go back this outlet anymore.Quality: They maintained the standard brand quality and had variety of options.Parking: There is enough parking around the outlet and very much accessible from the main road.

I love the staff! Soooo Nice! I wish DD would implement a tip when paying with our carts! I wish we can treat them better! Starbucks take so much and they are not as nice as DD’s staff members! Hope you will do something soon!
