“New favorite! I wanted something quick and healthier for lunch and reaped Kale Me Crazy was right around the corner from my job and I had never gone. I ordered the Mediterranean hummus which is more like “loaded hummus”! It comes topped with feta, greek olives, picked red onions, garbanzo beans, and cucumbers. It is served with this incredible grilled spinach tortilla which is somehow thin and crispy but still has some chewy softness to it. Flavoring and portion size was perfect. The order was ready within 7 minutes and the employee who helped me was nice and welcoming. The store is clean and fresh. The cost isn’t something I would do everyday for a quick lunch but it’s definitely a new go to when I eat t grab seething instead of brining inch from home.Parking: Be prepared to park on the street right in front of the restaurant or down from it and walk. Not too bad but you need to be aware if you are pressed for time.“
“The best words to describe the food, service, and atmosphere at True Food Kitchen are splendidly pleasant. True offers alternative healthy tasteful food for the vegan and healthy food enthusiast. The atmosphere is refreshing and delightful. The hostess greeted us at the door with joyful disposition and many options. I liked that she inquired about our preference of seating despite the bustling crowd of people waiting. The Edamame Dumplings were heavenly. Definitely worth every penny and bite.“
“The place is charming, right in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. The service is quick and super friendly. The food is good; we had an açai bowl, the nutty one, and it was great! Maybe a little too much honey and the açai itself lacked flavor. The other chicken bowl was really good! Healthy and full of flavors. I would recommend it if you feel like having some healthy food.“

“Me and my family went yesterday and we were greeted by the owner. He was so nice and knew what we needed to try. We ordered the Shanghai, Taiwan Lu Rou Fan with some yum yum sauce, and dumplings, abd you must try their Kimcheese fries omg amazing. Also, for drinks pearl milk tea and fresh mango tango smoothy. Every was so fresh very healthy and with a great price. This was our first time and we will be back. And have already referred some people. This place us a gem and great people Thank you so much. ?? also have to try their detox fresh drinks.“
“Man, I have been looking for a place like this for a very long time. There are places that serve meal prep and places that focus on healthy options. But there are 0 places that serve healthy, protein-focused options for a great price! Idk how they do it but Jay and the team over at Lean Kitchen in Roswell have perfected the 2.The food is great and healthy and keeps you full for a long time and the price is hard to believe. Most meals are around 10$/meal or less. You can't even go to Wendy's and get a meal for 10$ nowadays and the nutritional value is not comparable. Not to mention they deliverer for only $5!They have a super user-friendly app where you can pick your meals for the week and of course there is a discount for ordering in "bulk". They also have a rewards program that adds up very quickly. Seems like I have earned a free meal every week.The owner, Jay, is truly one of a kind too. He is super nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and the supplements in his store. Not to mention, in a world where owners and businesses give every excuse in the book to raise their prices, Jay does everything in his power to keep his lower than everyone else. The prices haven't changed one bit in the year+ that i've been using Lean Kitchen.I can't say enough good things about this place and Jay and I feel so lucky there is one close to me. It's been an absolute game changer for my fitness/health goals as well as my budget! “Great, healthy, portion-controlled meals. I enjoy many of the weekly meal plan offerings. A couple suggestions: I wish that all of the meals had green vegetables (some lack them), and I wish that some of the weekly meal plan offerings had tofu, fish, or shrimp rather than mostly just chicken and beef.“
“I came in and the place was very clean and neat. I was greeted with many friendly workers and had a smooth ordering process. The food was absolutely delicious the fruit tasted fresh and cold. An employee i’d like to recognize is Natalie she was extremely sweet and made my day !“
“I love this place. It’s reasonably priced and a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. Their bowls are so large that I can usually make two meals out of one order. Also, every time I’ve been here, whether it’s just for takeout or drive thru, all of the employees are always so pleasant!“
