“This was our first visit to Local Expedition, so the lady behind the counter introduced us to their offerings and how to order. WOW was it worth the quick learning curve. Fantastic food and very reasonable prices. Really good vegetables. We tried the smoked chicken (chopped and super soft/tender), rice, carmelized carrots, broccoli, zucchini squash, carmelized brussel sprouts, potstickers and some kind of really unique corn on the cobb. Loved it all, but especially the carrots, chicken, brussel sprouts, and the cilantro sauce that came with the meal. We now who to try next for catering. Great find!“
“Moving from the 6th burrow of New York, otherwise known as South Florida, almost a decade ago, finding even a semi-decent pizza place was impossible. We stumbled upon Joes recently and it is like a breath of fresh air. We live in Cherokee county and travel to pick up here. My only complaint is that they’re so far from us. :( 10/10 recommend.“
“Ginger fish was good. I asked for 'hot' and it was just the right level of hotness, nothing too hot. The curry puff starter was good with a filling that was mildly sweet and the veggie steamed gyoza was okay, but nothing you'd miss.“

“I love to try the little hole in the wall places because it's usually the best food. Our server was really good from start to finish. Their salsa had a great flavor and the chips were light but firm. I got the two tacos lunch, chicken and pork. The pork taco was much tastier than the chicken. Overall it was a very good experience and I will stop in when I'm in the area.“

“Love the Cadillac chicken sandwich...it's a real chicken patty and not deli meat. I like to add advocado and have sauce on the side. Easy to walk in and order rather than order online...which saves you $1...they are fast. I was in and out under 6 minutes. Salads are also good. Nice go to spot for lunch.“

All kinds of veggies in one place! Literally a plethora of veggies and options! I walked in and the restaurant is clean and very well kept. The line is clean and very well spaced and easy to distinguish the options. I keep forgetting to take the picture of my salads but they are not small. I have ordered the regular the last two times that I have been here and they are filling. The pieces of chicken are great and they are not small which helps to have a balance diet and protein. Issac was very helpful and very courteous. If you have remorseful for not eating your veggies like momma told you! This is your place! The best part, it is that they have massive COOKIES! “One of the few quick places around that has options my daughter, who has severe allergies (due to MCAS), can eat at. She gets the grilled chicken with lettuce, fries, and a tea. “I would have given 5 stars, but my last visit was not so good. I paid 23.78 for a salad and a drink. I asked for a half sandwich. The guy didn't ring it up. Im thinking, why so expensive? Okay, no worries, their salads are so big it's almost worth not to complain. Gotdown the road opened it, and it looked to be a half salad. Hardly any lettuce. Skimped me on my eggs and meat. “I've been a fan of Mambo Cafe since they were located on Haynes Bridge road. We found them, like many places, by taking a shot in the dark and giving it a try. My goodness what a great place and excellent food. When they moved to exit 11 it made it so much closer and the food is still excellent. Every time I try a different dish I tell myself that this one is the best so far! Man great place, excellent service and decent prices. Hard to beat!“
