It appears that this place is under new ownership and are changing their name. Nonetheless, This place served as a reminder of why I invested in a pizza oven. The pizza looks good, on top. The toppings were fresh. That is the best I can say. I ordered the 10" supreme pizza without olives. The top was browned very well and had some crisp. The bottom was a white uncooked mess. Holmes Slice is a pricey restaurant, with a small cheese pizza costing $17. However, the pizza is cooked thoroughly with plenty of cheese, and the design and branding of the place are phenomenal. While it may not be the best quality pizza, it is still a decent option, especially when visited during non-busy hours.
