Cinco de Mayo during a time when most restaurants had closed seating areas. I had to get my Mexican fix to celebrate. I found myself having a late, late lunch because I was busy cleaning at home. Jumped on my app to see if Moes was offering any specials and happily they were. $5 bowls... works for me! I LOVE Moe’s Southwest Grill, bit this location I will never give another chance. They are so close to my house, but we normally bypass this location to drive to exit 10 or 13 just to have a better experience. Every time I go to this location, I say I’ll never visit this location again. It’s so convenient but too bad the quality is so poor. TERRIBLE customer service skills. I recommend training for your employees and management. The employee named Moshed hung up on me when I asked for a refund because I could no longer pick up my food from an online pick up order. They promised to deliver my food and didn't "deliver" on that promise. The manager named Mohammed disregarded my complaint and was just as rude as his employee. They have no compassion. We know you don't like your job but at least act like it.
