I have been searching for a new favorite Chinese restaurant since moving to this area a year and a half ago. Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. Order general Tsos and vegetable fried rice. Came out to be 17.00. Open the lid and said this definitely looks dry and I took a bite into and it's definitely looks how it taste. First and last time I spend my hard earned money here.

Can't lie. This is a decent little hidden gem. Food was hitting something different. Waitress was very attentive. Quick service. Ordered and the food came out in seconds it felt like. Have to come again.
