I came to Americus from Florida and was googling somewhere to eat and came across the Fish House. I called and ordered a shrimp salad and it was delicious and I had enough shrimp to know I had some.Hats Off to ya!!!Very nice personality and friendly!
We are in town from Florida and found them on Google. Hands down best seafood I’ve ever had. We had the seafood platter that included, catfish, shrimp, oysters, deviled crab and 2 sides. I got the greens and fries. Everything was cooked perfectly and you could actually taste the seafood vs being overly breaded. Can’t say enough great things about this little restaurant. We will be back everytime we’re in town!!

Excellent fried catfish fillet and fried shrimp. My sister got the boneless wings, honey bbq. She said they were good as well as the red potatoes. The place is definitely a hole in the wall, but the food is awesome. Service was good as well. Not much parking, but there is parking across the street and behind the restaurant.
