I don't normally visit McDonald's. But we stopped by begrudgingly for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food came out hot and fresh without any extra explanation . One should expect hot food, but in this day and age of subpar service it was refreshing to get what I ordered on the first try.
Great Americus, Ga Location @ The Gas N Go. Fast & Friendly Employees. Food..hmmm..Ck. Your Bread-Buns & Muffins Stale, Hard. Fries Luke Warm & Hashbrown Was OVERDONE Outside Only-NO Shreeded Potatoes On The Inside. Coffee Seemed To Be The BEST Thing We Got In 2 Days!

I do not go to any of the McDonald's in Albany because every time I go, either the service or the food is terrible. That is definitely not the case with this McDonald's location in Americus! I had no problem giving or getting my order. It was freshly made and tasted delicious! Everyone I had contact with during my transaction was courteous and friendly! So, anytime I am in the area and craving a Big Mac, this is the place I love to go!
