I do not go to any of the McDonald's in Albany because every time I go, either the service or the food is terrible. That is definitely not the case with this McDonald's location in Americus! I had no problem giving or getting my order. It was freshly made and tasted delicious! Everyone I had contact with during my transaction was courteous and friendly! So, anytime I am in the area and craving a Big Mac, this is the place I love to go!

I don't normally visit McDonald's. But we stopped by begrudgingly for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food came out hot and fresh without any extra explanation . One should expect hot food, but in this day and age of subpar service it was refreshing to get what I ordered on the first try.

Sorry excuse for a McDonald’s. I went inside to order breakfast, since I drive a truck I can’t use the drive thru. I stood at the front for about 10 minutes before I was halfway acknowledged. A woman just hollered into the back for someone else to come and take my order “on the kiosk” instead of at the register. Guy comes up and enters my order then presses “start over” multiple times claiming to me the machine isn’t working. He does this until the menus switch from breakfast to lunch then says I can’t order breakfast and I have to just get a sandwich. Wasted 20 minutes of my day for nothing. It’s not like it’s a hard job. They could have at least acted like decent humans instead of like my presence was just ruining there whole day.
