However, my experience was marred by a couple of minor hiccups. When I asked the cashier if they had Diet Coke, she shrugged her shoulders and casually gestured towards the self-serve fountain machine, stating, "We have only what's over there." This lack of engagement was a bit off-putting. Additionally, inquiring about an appetizer led to some confusion as the staff seemed unsure about its preparation or ingredients. While it's possible they were a new hire, these instances slightly altered the overall atmosphere. Despite these hiccups, the exceptional food quality makes me inclined to return, hoping for a smoother and more informed customer interaction next time.”

“We tried this bakery for the first time today. It was off the charts fantastic! They are definitely masters at their craft. I saw alot of people coming in to pick up Birthday Cakes that they had ordered. I will definitely be ordering my next Birthday Cake here! I was very surprised at the big selection of different items to choose from they seemed to have a bit of everything.This bakery is by far the best quality of baked goods around.”

“The Steak House catered our wedding and we couldn't have been more impressed!! Not only was the food delicious but the staff was so friendly and helpful. “Neat bridge with a few old buildings. You can walk across the bridge but cannot go in the buildings. There are plaques with historical info about the place. This is an especially nice little side trip if you are visiting the Etowah Indian Mounds Park. Also, be sure to stop into Nanny G's bakery by the bridge. We tried banana pudding cheesecake, peach hand pie, oatmeal cookie, and "the world's best" cookie. All were extraordinary!”

Before Tori became our server we had an older curly hair Hispanic lady and nothing was right, we waited forever for service we without drinks it was just bad we almost stopped coming until we met Tori! “I stopped in this quaint Mexican restaurant coming off the Silver Comet Trail en route with riding my electric unicycle all the way to the end of the Chief Ladiga Trail in Alabama. I had Texacana Pasta and it was incredible. The service was also outstanding and I had a cool waiter and excellent conversationalist, by the name of Chandler who told me all about the town. Which is what I really want to learn about when I stop in as a tourist. Also, Tania and Indra made excellent conversation hosts as well.To the owner of this fine establishment, please acknowledge the excellent quality of work these employees provide for your business. It’s because of good people like these who make me (and probably a lot of other people) want to frequent your restaurant in the future.”

“This location in Rockmart is *much* better than the Cartersville location (where they're stingy with their tartar sauce and the customer service is lukewarm at best).The Rockmart Captain D's, on the other hand, is very clean and very welcoming (I got warm, smiling greetings upon my entering the restaurant). There was an abundance of tartar sauce, and the staff was very courteous. The food was good. All in all I highly recommend the Rockmart Captain D's!! :-)”

“Great food, great service!My wife grew up in this town, knows most of the workers. We always get great service.We come here for the philly and fried green tomatoes. Philly is always cheesy and filled with onions and peppers, bread is always toasted. Tried the spicy fries, and they were very good. Crispy and seasoned.Kenzie is a great waitress. She served us this visit. Very friendly, helpful, and overall great spirit.10/10 would recommend”

“I had the country fried steak and gravy. It was wonderful. Supplied by Sysco like most other restaurants, but it was fresh & hot, and the potato salad actually passed southern standards with some mustard in it as opposed to a purely mayonnaise base. I'd never had baked beans that had navy beans (pork & beans), kidney beans, and ground beef in them, but they were great, too.Kid-friendliness: There were two or three children who seemed to be very happy dining in, seated in another booth near our table.”

The drinks are nice and the people there swell. It's once the drinks get to going and the nights crowd grows the fun really kicks in. Great music places from all genres and karaoke feels like it's a must. Dance floor is open for those with or without skill. Let the music and drinks fuel your night as fun is sure to find you. S/n, ( Sidenote ), leave before they close. Some people aren't meant to drink. I personally had an epic time. Really is a welcoming place even upon entry. Have ID ready at the door, picture of it accepted on your phone. That really helps for those of us out to have a good time and keep up with one thing.”

“Food was delicious! I was undecided as to whether I wanted a mint shake or jamocha shake and the girl gave me a sample of the mint shake which helped me to decide. That's definitely going above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service! Everything I ordered was fresh and hot and all of my sauces were in the bag. I didn't have to ask for anything, these days that's rare! ?? Will be back for sure.”

“There is a reason that Chick-Fil-A is always packed. Service, service, service. It is amazing to me that they other fast food chains have yet to figure this out. I travel for work and Chick-Fil-A is a standard that literally no one has even attempted to copy. They all tend to copy the model of McDonald's & Taco Bell, with their banking on "Customer No Service" model. You would think they would get it, but apparently not.Keep up the great work! You guys rock!”
