The food was reliably good.There was no ketchup in dispenser & Coke was flat.
Went through the drive through, got fries that were cold and hard and not very appetizing. It was disgusting. I didn’t even try to eat them. Won’t return. Also 15$ for a regular size combo with barely any drink and with a small cold hard fries is to expensive.

I love this Arby's. Every single time we've been either inside or drive thru they have always been very nice. Store is always clean. The only thing which of course is not their fault is the new Mac n Cheese bites while amazingly delicious are amazing ridiculously priced. They were 5$and some change and you get 4 and I don't mean 4 big ones I mean 4 that if you wanted to you could put them all in your mouth at the same time! But then again everywhere is getting very overpriced!But we will still come to this Arby's because it is the best

Forgot two sandwiches in my order and told me I was lying about it. Took my receipt and refused to give it back. When I said I wasn’t moving until I got my food and receipt back, the police were called. I HIGHLY recommend checking your bag BEFORE you pull off, no matter how much you inconvenience anyone else, since apparently this is the only way to be sure your entire order is received. I assume the attitude derives from the laziness of the employees at this location. Since I had a large order and a family of 6, it must have been too much work for them. With attitudes like those displayed, these employees will be going nowhere in life.

Drove 12 miles out of my way to the Barnett Shoals location because the ladies at the 911 Center in a town near by, wanted Arby's. I asked the staff several times to PLEASE make sure the order was correct because of the distance traveled. I was told it was all there, thanked them, gave the nice kid a tip, and, well..Look, it was only a couple orders of fries we didn't receive, but consider the distance, and the relatively small amount of food ordered, (3) Combos, cheese stix and an extra order of fries, and my asking several times that it please be accurate, it really shouldn't have been messed up. I'll be back, but I guess I'll have to check it and keep my tip..
