They got my order wrong so I tried to get it corrected and they got it wrong again. Very disappointing I was really expecting them to get it right the second time.

My boyfriend and I came to athens for the botanical garden lights, but time we got done looking at the lights it was kind of late where everything were closing up. Eddie's was the only thing open nearby, so we went in and they cooked our calzone fresh. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch calzone, and my boyfriend ordered the meat calzone. The meat calzone was incredibly good! I had to order myself a meat calzone to-go because it was that good, but instead they gave it to me for free! I'm not sure why other people got horrible reviews on Eddie's but my experience was amazing. The customer service was incredible also. My boyfriend and I are making it tradition to go to the botanical garden and Eddie's right after every year around Christmas time now.

This place is so pathetic they can't even open for lunch and I know they can't keep employees because the management is so mean and disrespectful to everybody. Food is trash the atmosphere is trash and they're pathetic they're downtown Athens they can't even open for lunch that's not pathetic they are there's way better options in this trash at this place especially way better customer service

We ordered our calzones on UberEats. It said our food was ready so I went to the pickup area and gave the owner my name and he said it was in the oven. 30 minutes later it still wasn't ready. I asked him about it and he snapped back and said it was busy. I said you told me it was in the oven a half hour ago and he rolled his eyes and walked away. 30 minutes later I was still waiting on my food and he was ignoring me whenever I tried to get his attention. My food didn't come out for another 15 minutes. Other people we were with said this is not an isolated incident, but how he acts on a daily basis. Go to DP Dough instead

A drunk man ran into my calzone so I brought it back. They immediately made me a new one and apologized for the incident. 5 stars for quality and effort from the business. It is clear they care about their customer.
Eddie’s is a cornerstone of downtown Athens, and I’m shocked by any negative reviews. The service is absolutely phenomenal; there is never a moment where you don’t feel taken care of. Better calzones than anyone in town.
I am a regular college student, and when I say I walked into this restaurant, I have never been so disappointed. The food prices for one are absolutely ridiculous compared to everyone else in Athens. Not to mention the food is terrible! It taste like it’s cheap and bad quality. The worst part of all of it was the service. I couldn’t tell if it was the manager or not, but he was extremely rude. Worst customer service I have ever received. Eddies is not the place to go after a late night out. Between the customer service, overpriced food, and the cost of little things like ranch and a beverage, WORST FOOD PLACE IN ATHENS.

Had a pre game calzone. Everything was good on my visit. Nice folks and freshly prepared chicken bacon ranch calzones. On GameDay, they even have a sign up recommending items that can be ready quick so fans can get to the game.Very busy but, our group was taken care of!
I wouldn't even give this place one star,the service was terrible especially from the bald guy .the worst energy in an establishment that I've had in a long time.I do not recommend this at all.I would choose McDonald's over this place any day.

Calzones came out in a decent amount of time. Mine was watery since the mushrooms and spinach were not precooked. No sauce in the calzone, loads of cheese, but I was hungry so it tasted okay. Someone in our group complained that theirs was not great and very salty. The seats are ripped to hell. For the cost of the food, they can afford to get the seats reupholstered. Even the duct tape holding the ripped vinyl had given up. That was yesterday. I have spent the better portion of today with the most godawful stomach cramps and now someone else in yesterday's group is starting to mention their stomach acting up too. Save your money and a wasted day between the bed and the toilet. Y'all make one product, do better.
