Absolutely the best customer service, and the food was delicious, we had the Farmburger with sweet potato fries, the burger was huge and the amount of fries in that basket was incredible. The seasonal milkshake hit the spot.
This establishment doesn't care to bend rules or make exceptions when elderly are dining with you.
We didn't have a number before we sat down to seat a family of 9 who were coming in a few minutes. The lady who thought she was management kept telling us she had to seat others before us in an empty restaurant. Ordered 2 Farm Burger/fries lunch combos (Combo #1) Both were good, but with too many fries and all too greasy - upset stomachs within an hour. When I received an electronic receipt at home I found we had been charged for one combo, with Tillamook cheese ($2) and caramelized onions $(1) and then a second Farm Burger with fries added on, not rung up as a combo ($1.50 upcharge.)
