I was next door at the bookstore and my husband came to Figment to check them out. Then he called me to come and try their kombucha. The server was very nice and gave us four samples to try: Orange Blossom, Ginger Lemongrass, Coffee & Biscotti, Strawberry Guava. I've never really been into kombucha but theirs were pretty good and not as sour as I expected it to be. This is such a great, welcoming shop with delicious kombucha and plenty of other snacks to try! I haven’t tasted a flavor of their kombucha I didn’t love. It’s delicious, fresh, and very cool how you can see into the back where the process is going on.

so welcoming, fun, and good quality! kombucha is a little pricey, but it's worth it because it is delicious and ON TAP!! you can get growlers to take home or just a cup. it's better on tap.
