My pizza slices were all different sizes, no way they were all from the same pizza lol. Like a puzzle. My breadsticks were super undercooked as well, which sucks because I love pizza hut breadsticks!

This pizza hut was awful! A LOT of playing around letting one of the workers 3 children run all throughout the store. Very short and disrespectful when talking to customers. One employee had gloves on and touched the broom her hair her clothes countertops and running around with the children all while still wearing the same gloves,then she proceeded to take my food out of over to prepare to be boxes. I asked the employee to change her gloves and she got an attitude with me! Would not recommend at this time please be aware of behavior in this store!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Barnett Shoals is by far the worst location. They are literally always out of everything. We went to pick up our order and they only had one pizza and a 2 liter. Nothing else we ordered and nothing to substitute it with. Horrible customer service and vulgar language. They would be better off shutting it down and putting it under new management or doing away with it completely!

Waited over 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. Over 10 other orders went as I was standing waiting in the lobby. It was an online order as well so not even that can save you. Staff were working on pizzas so it's not entirely their fault, but man what even happened here

Don’t bother with this location. I ordered pasta and traditional wings, and after an hour over the expected delivery time I finally got my order. Except I received a 12 piece boneless wing and that’s all. I called to make the order right, seeing as I got the completely wrong order and less food than I originally ordered. I was transferred to the store and left on hold for over half an hour. After I finally got the Pizza Hut rep to stop transferring me to a store that won’t pick up the phone, they said all they could do is put in a request to “investigate the validity of my refund” before any refund can be put in place. For food that’s so expensive, I expect better when it comes to customer service. I now have no food and only the possibility of a refund.

Went in to order. Took almost an hour to get food. Pizza was put in computer wrong. I ordered a pepperoni and got a cheese. Then was told they were not going to fix it and would have to take cheese Pizza. Finally made the right Pizza but it had only 5 pepperoni pieces on it and no Pizza sauce. Manager was the one that put the order in wrong and let worker from back tell us they would not fix it. Very bad store. Will never go back!

Pizza man came and didn't even knock. Half of my order was missing and after i called they put me on hold for a hour. Also the meatballs on the pizza were raw. Would not recommend this pizza place at all. Horrible management.
I tried to order a personal pan pizza through my account online, but personal pan pizzas aren't listed, so I had to call. I started out on hold for a bit, but was able to order. As soon as I was given my total, the call disconnected. I hadn't given my name yet, but they had the phone # I called in from. I called back and was told they'd need to check on it to make sure the order didn't get duplicated. I waited over 16 minutes before having to hang up. The third time I had to use another phone line, so they didn't have my name or order yet when placing me back on hold for over 10 minutes before I had to hang up again. I drove up there and was told I was speaking to a call center, because they didn't even having working phones. The call center relayed two different orders to Pizza Hut. One was right, and the other was not. The local person was very helpful, but my pizza had been sitting in the warmer for a while before I could get there to check on the situation. The pizza was good, but if you have to call them for any reason, be prepared to wait a while and hope you don't get put on hold.

I also paid for an order that never came. I called 3 times and was told that it was just a phone service that could put me through to the local Pizza Hut. I tried calling several times and was put on hold for many minutes with no answer. The answering service (polite folks I have to say, though ineffective) said they were probably just busy. OK. I was totally unable to get through. My order never came. They did take my money though. Also the app and websites don't work. It worked for taking my money and order though. First time I ordered a couple of months ago the order came through quickly and smoothly. I don't know what's happened since.

Horrible Pizza Hut, they never have anything in stock, every few months my family begs for pizza hut, I spend ridiculous time fighting the website being told they're sold out of every single item I choose. And the company is a leech, deals for 1-topping pizzas become null and void if you try to add a topping- why not just let us pay for the extra topping like everyone else?! We're sick of Domino's but they always get our $$ in the end. Forget this place. ?
