Most of them do not wanna help you out… I was just standing in front of the counter because I was missing something but no one would bother to help. A WOMEN WAS RIGHT THERE TOO AND LOOKED AT ME BUT STILL REFUSED TO HELP ME. Sucks over here

Rude employees… I can assume you don’t want to be there but I don’t appreciate feeling that I am inconveniencing you by ordering food at your establishment. Then I get to the window and am handed the wrong food which whatever that happens but then I get handed a medium drink instead of a large. I said that I got the #7 and I thought that came with a large and I was told no it’s a medium and then I said that I get this all the time and it’s a large and was refuted again… then I pointed to the receipt which said large and then they just said “Oh that’s the wrong drink” and took it without saying sorry for the mistake or for arguing with me. Then I finally get home to eat my food and my quesadilla is so burnt it’s black. Literally just tastes like smoke and even then there was hardly any chicken inside. Combined with the time I got charged incorrectly and handed the wrong food and waited in line 30 minutes here I think I’ll just call it.

the service is pretty quick and the food is as good as taco bell gets lol. the employees are chill, the drive thru lady was obviously annoyed with us today but that's my bad bc i didn't think to ask for everything i needed at once ? so sorry

Rude employees, they refuse to do mobile orders in the drive through even though it’s an option in the app and refuse to make it until you sit through the entire line and come inside. Management here needs to do something about unruly employees. Entire staff is on their phones, VAPING while making food. Cursing at the window. Absolutely awful. Took half an hour to get food.

They forgot to give part of the order and temporarily shut down right after we ordered at 6 in the evening to take a smoke break. When we went to get the order corrected they said that they were temporarily closed because only two people were staffed. The interior smelled like vape and one of the kiosks didn't work. We were on a long trip but we couldn't even use the bathroom because the toilet was clogged. This was not the Taco Bell service that I am used to.

Normally, I associate Taco Bell with joy and delicious food, but for this one, I can't say the same. I entered the building and the degrading smell of vapes hit my nose. I went to the bathroom but the toilet was clogged, and when I went back out to order, my friends and I found that one of the kiosks wasn't working. Then, they left the Chalupa out of my order, and when I went to get it, the worker said "We're temporarily closed right now because it's only me and my manager," right after the manager went out to take a smoke break. I was also in a rush because we were on a school trip and the buses had to leave, so I couldn't negotiate. Terrible service.

The Taco Bell in Athens Georgia on Barnett Shoals was different. Very different. When I enter a normal Taco Bell, I feel happy and fulfilled. At this Taco Bell, they messed up my friends order and refused to compensate the chalupa. The excuse was that they didn’t have enough workers at the time. Furthermore, one of the kiosks failed to work. The worker also took a random smoke break. The toilet was also clogged without proper maintenance in the restaurant.

The smell of vapes was clearly evident as soon as me and my friends opened the door. As we were trying to order, one of the kiosks was not working. It took a long time, and also the toilet was clogged. One employee claimed that they were temporarily closed during hours, because they were “understaffed”. We saw this person go outside and vape after saying this. Also, one of my friends order was messed up, and they said they couldn’t make a new one since they had no staff. Also, saying that the food was mid would kind of be a compliment.Work ethic and quality were not up to par.This was not the normal Taco Bell experience.
