After my morning flight I stopped by to get an Asiago bagel. The bagel itself doesn't look too pretty but it tastes freshly made and hit the spot! They also have an arrangement of muffins, muffin tops, and cookies. I was surprised if you walk beyond the coffee and drinks you can find a seating area with seating and outlets that faces the outside to watch the planes.

Bread was saturated with the avocado and couldn't even pick it up to eat it.

Had the Sandwhich meal, and it was nice. Sandwhich came with a pickle and a packet of chips. Approx. $12 for the vegetarian sandwich, added with avocado. (Photo shows just the remaining half sandwhich).Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwhich, muffins etc.

Bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is awful. The egg and cheese was cooked in advance and was left sitting out. The end result was a cold egg on a smashed croissant complimented by very greasy bacon.

There was 1 individual working the register and cooking the food. My food took a very long time. I was waiting in front of register for 5 min before the employee even looked at me. Very poor customer service.

Excellent Service!!! The two young gentlemen who waited on me and made my tuna sandwich were so pleasant and nice. The gentleman in training was very pleasant and accepted correction about the bread bowl process. It was nice to see young men being receptive to improving their technique. Also, they give a good amount of tuna salad also. I'll definitely return to try the muffins!

The employees are incredibly rude which seems par for the course for this airport.

Concourse C older lady making the orders 2/10 @ 0556 was rude and has a bad attitude. I smiled and thanked her she just rolled her eyes. But said thanks have a good day to the guy before and after me. Idk what the problem is w the food service people in the airport but most have a bad attitude. Not something u want to deal w early in the am waiting on ur flight.

The cashier kept stepping away after each and every customer to go to the back to eat. She would come back to the register with food in her mouth to take the next order. Resulting in the line crawling, let alone the hygiene issues with such behavior. I waited 20 minutes for a flattened smushed toasted bagel with raisins stuck to it from the grill…I ordered a multigrain.

Unbelievable in a very bad way! We visited this restaurant at 11:50am on a Sunday. We were greeted by a server who took our order while chatting on his phone via earbuds (note, he continued his call the entire time we were there, which was 25 minutes). There were 8 workers at the time we ordered. The one who took our order, and one who made our simple order of 2 ham sandwiches. The other workers were standing around talking to eachother and ignoring the line of customers or assisted their coworker who was doing all the work. The sandwiches were great! Service was terrible! The staff has a total lack of consideration for customers... Those people who pay their checks. Management should share these terrible reviews with those workers. If you look at photos that have been posted you will see the staff just standing around... I wish I would have taken some to back up this review. They have no regard for customers waiting. Management needs to find workers who will work and care for their customers!! If you're in a hurry to catch your flight, think twice about stopping here for a "quick" sandwich. It took 25 minutes for us to get 2 sandwiches. In hindsight, I've now read previous reviews, I wouldn't have stopped here had I known about the terrible service. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to call this my restaurant if I were the owner. I wonder how many bad reviews you need to get before taking Acton.

Ordered a sausage egg cheese crossiant. Heard kitchen yell from the back, it will be 5 min for sausage. The cashier told me they were out and only doing bacon and turkey sausage. I asked if I could wait, to which I was told "No", they are out. I agreed to bacon and wasn't given any cheese options. Food finally came and was the driest, hardest, worst breakfast sandwich I have had lpretty much anywhere. For a company with "Bread" in the title, the over microwaved tough crossiant was almost impossible to bite through. Tossed over half of it and ruled it off as just another business in this day and age that has quit caring and struggles to find any sort of quality standards.
