Why is this ABC so slow and ineffective? The airport wasn't busy, but it took more than 15 minutes to receive my chicken panini. I suppose I was lucky. There was an airport worker waiting on his order when I arrived so he had to be waiting at least 20 minutes. Poor guy was probably on his lunch break. Great sandwich at fair price. Sullen, unprofessional staff who clearly hate their jobs. One sauntered slowly behind cash registers eating a sandwich and chewing with her mouth open. Several seemed to be on break not doing anything for customers. They mopped the floor during noon rush, shooing customers out of the way. Ran out of napkins. One cook was very nice though.

Excellent Service!!! The two young gentlemen who waited on me and made my tuna sandwich were so pleasant and nice. The gentleman in training was very pleasant and accepted correction about the bread bowl process. It was nice to see young men being receptive to improving their technique. Also, they give a good amount of tuna salad also. I'll definitely return to try the muffins!
