The crazy part about my experience is that I received a call the day before my reservation to confirm that we would be there and once we got there we were alerted by the Valet at the Waldorf that the place had abruptly closed ..... the day before.... Which was the same day they called to confirm my reservation smh

It was my birthday. My guest chicken was RAW and my steak was not cooked the way I wanted it. Our server was great but the food was TERRIBLE. We weren't the only one you had another guest celebrating her birthday that came from FLORIDA and she said it was a horrible birthday dinner for her.

The food here was underwhelming, bland & boring. I don't mind playing for a great meal, but this place is simply not worth the value. Some of the food even tasted like it was from the microwave. We were sat upstairs & there were gnats flying around everywhere! If you're looking for a good dining experience, DO NOT go to Del Frisco's Grille! Id rate this place 3/10.

There were a few large parties happening around us. After the menus were delivered, we were forgotten about. However, a waitress with 2 long braids (I didn't catch her name, sorry) noticed we had been sitting there for a long time and took care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and gave great suggestions. She made our dinner experience memorable.

If it wasn't for the exceptional service provided by our waitress, we would have given 2 stars. We were not impressed with the food. The flavor and presentation was less than par.

Really sweet waitress, she was a joy and I appreciate her accommodations. My only issue was the check and how the meal was explained vs. what was listed on the bill plus the lack luster response from both the waitress and, who I assume, was the shift manager. 16 ADDITIONAL dollars for 5 overcooked fishy shrimp that was slapped on the plate. No presentation whatsoever. I get the scheme and scam of being vague about the pricing and wording of the so-called “chefs special” for a higher gratuity amount but seriously guys, that’s so unbecoming. If it’s an add-on then explain that. I work in the food industry. Do better.

Steak frites were amazing! Best I've ever had. My waitress was super nice also. Just had some problems getting my order, and couldn't eat with my husband. And a couple things weren't available on the menu that I wanted like the bread pudding. Deviled eggs were alright.

The worst service (if you can call it that) we've had. The waitress (Paris) did not know the menu at all. Disappeared for long periods of time. Finally opened the Rioja we ordered and said it was from California. Said that there was a $12 upcharge for a baked potato (steak was supposed to come with one side). Took forever to even get a children's menu. The food was good (dill salmon, ribeye, steak salad) but not worth it if you cannot even get decent service (18% gratuity is added to check automatically btw). When the entrees were served, Paris came to the table to ask us if we wanted dessert?!? Then, the fire alarm went off for like 10 minutes and no one came to the table to acknowledge it. My daughter was really frightened. A waitress told the people at the table next to us that it happens all the time. Manager was new and not aware that service was that bad but he was trying to help. We would not be back.

I was with a party of 9 people. The food was delicious. The appetizers came quickly. The ambiance was quiet. The server was polite and efficient. Be prepared to pay $10 for valet. My family and I had a great experience and will be back!

Had a reservation for 12:30 for Father's Day - we did not leave the restaurant until 3:30. Everything took SO long! From the line for valet parking to getting drinks and food. The downstairs is closed for remodel I guess so it was just upstairs. Not sure why getting anything was such a problem. I would think for Father's Day they would expect people to dine in their restaurant- but the food was cold and the service took forever. For an 18% automatic gratuity I expected better!! I have eaten here before and this was the worst experience!!

I dined at this restaurant Saturday the 16th right before Father's Day. My husband,my two daughters and myself received the most horrible service from our waiter( Percy). His attitude from the start, was very nonchalant and never got any better throughout the evening. Needless to say, I was not happy when my check came with an automatic 18% gratuity built in. It is not the matter of the tip that upset me so much as it was the fact that it was automatic, and the service that I received was really poor. This server had a funky attitude, and just a very” I could care less about you” attitude and to me he did not deserve an automatic 18% tip. Not to say that he would not have gotten tipped but not 18%. I tip according to the level of customer service I receive. Had his attitude been better his tip would have been better without the automatic 18%. I feel that I deserve the right to tip based on the service that I received. To add insult to injury, I call two days later to speak with the manager. Actually, I spoke with the general manager-William ( so he said) and explain to him my displeasure in the servicers attitude. Again, sad to say he was no better. He did not care. This man spoke to me, as if I were a child in a very condescending and rude manner,as if I had no reason to complain or , maybe I just didn't want to tip the guy. He took no responsibility for the poor customer service that we received after speaking to him. I understand why the server felt justified in providing no real customer service because he knew he would be tipped automatically and management would back it up.. I'm still angry and not letting this go, just know that Del friscos Atlanta has an automatic 18-20% tip policy regardless of the customer service you receive.

We had a grad party here and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. We had a separate dining area reserved for our large group. The service was impeccable, there was not a moment we didn't feel like our needs/requests were being attended to. The food was delicious. It was an amazingly enjoyable evening and a highly recommend it for your special events!

Nice steakhouse. The atmosphere is great. There's outside seating area with nice views which are good for some good photos. The food was good as usual. I ordered a Ceasar salad, boneless ribeye with mashed potatoes. It was Mother's Day weekend but wasn't packed, food was taking a long while to come out. Their was a big graduation party there, and they seemed to be getting the attention of service upstairs. Overall a good experience.

This restaurant has really gone down hill throughout the years. It even strikes me as a little hood. I came with some family to celebrate their graduation. The bartender was so nice but seemed very inexperienced. I had the sangria Rosa cocktail and it came to me Ungarnished, sticky, & dripping wet. He even tried to wipe the counter abs it still didn’t help. Then I realized it was filled with lord of ice so asked if it could be sifted out and he was spilling the drink while transferring. We also ordered a side car which also came ungarnished. He took the drink with him downstairs didn’t say a word and then returned back with the drink it was weird. Then I asked for a strawberry & orange. He didn’t wash his hands at all and grabbed the fruit and sliced it bare handed. After I took my photos I removed them. I also saw him literally plop fruit into someone’s drink from across the counter. Once we moved to a table Terry was our server we ordered the ribs, cheesesteak egg rolls and mushroom flatbread as out appetizer. It was taking forever to come out. Then finally he appears and tells us the flatbread is ready do we want it. We said yes and of course it was not hot. We just let it ride. The egg rolls were good came in a sweet sauce. The ribs were savory sweet and spicy definitely get those. I ordered a clam chowder soup that never came out and also the lobster macaroni and cheese which was pretty delicious. One of us ordered a medium steak that came out well done and waited an hour for another. The others ordered a beyond burger and regular burger which they liked. The truffle fries are a joke. There’s no salt or real seasoning on them just a little truffle oil. They did charge me for the soup I never got and I did indeed ask when it was coming of course I was told it was coming. They removed it after we paid but I won’t be back. I’m truly disappointed. Follow my Instagram @rosadivina29 and check out my foodie & foodie 2 highlights for more places I’ve visited!

Presentation of food was really just ok but the taste was awful; It was truly disappointing. My daughter decided to bring me here to celebrate Mothers Day-the day after (Monday)… however, the food took a long time to come out, it was luke warm and everything taste terrible. I felt bad for my daughter mostly because the bill was close to $300…and no one in our party enjoyed their food. I not been here in years and chose this place to celebrate as it popped up in my IG stories, and I just don’t remember Del Frisco’s having such low standards.
