I was asked if I would like to add hash browns and I was asked multiple times if my order was complete with only 1 coffee. The person in front of me was not able to get answers to questions about their drinks so I stepped in to help.The area to give out food is disorderly and there is a lot of confusion about who ordered what.Only go here if you are not in a rush. This location in Midtown is close to the highway and many work places - a location where you can expect customers to be in a rush.“
“We went on a Sunday. There wasn’t much waiting, the options were varied, and the customer service was nice. I wish they would provide toothpick samples to help first time customers get a gauge for the different levels of sweet. We ordered the strawberry pistachio and the peaches and cream. The sp had no taste of pistachio it was an overly sweet strawberry wafer taste profile. The peaches and cream was much better, but overall both had great quality! I was told they rotate the flavors every 3 days, I’m interested to see if they end up featuring savory flavors.“
“One of the best things about going to H Mart! These are the only mochi donuts I've ever had but I would definitely try more based on this experience. The only downside is they taste slightly like the oil used to fry them. Not sure if it's because they're not as fresh as when you'd buy them from the actual bakery. “This place. Wow. I don't even know where to start. My wife and I had gone to a great Ronnie Chieng show at The Tabernacle and enjoyed ourselves there, and then we rode the ferris wheel at night without kids, but we were itching for dessert. Our dinner reservation had gotten us in time for a three course meal, but the prom crowd had rendered that almost moot. The tiramisu we had ordered never came in the 20 minutes we waited for it, so we had to leave, and the event and venders outside just didn't have desserts that we wanted. A buddy had told me recently about Sublime Donuts, so my wife and I decided it was worth checking out on our way home. We arrived pretty close to midnight, and sure enough they were open with two customers ahead of us. The lady working the register was a bit surly, but hey - working a late shift on a Saturday slinging fried dough in Atlanta would make most of us surly. Somehow, her attitude remained under the "hostile" line to the extent that it added to the charm - she was unflappable. No amount of dad jokes cracked the smallest of smiles, but I gave it my best effort. Sadly, all the other fat dads must have beaten me there that night. Not because the lady wouldn't smile; all the flavors I had wanted were out. My wife, who doesn't normally like sweet foods and especially donuts, got to order four of our six donuts -- a (hopefully!) once-in-a-lifetime event. We ate some on the way home (okay, I ate three and a half of the four total eaten) and shared the others with our kids the next day. The chocolate banana fritter was not as good as I had hoped, but the white peach fritter and the A were probably the best of what we ordered. Next time we're inside the perimeter (if you hadn't already figured it out, yes, I'm one of the Cherokee County dads very impressed with himself for being awake much less inside the perimeter near midnight on a weekend night), I'll angle for any opportunity to try this place again. Definitely worth going, but the coffee isn't great. They also didn't have cold brew, and it seems they may never have had it in their entire operation based on the cashier's response, so that might have been my problem.“

I was so impressed, I think my entire time in line was 5 minutes. I ordered a matcha latte(delicious) and two dozen mixed donuts. They had a poster of a suggestion for a mixed order which I replicated. Made ordering very easy. My primary inspiration to review this location is because the staff are so friendly! I've been back since and the same gentleman is just so patient and friendly he and the team deserve recognition.“

The line starts prior to them opening. They only let a couple people in at a time to ensure a great experience for everyone which I truly appreciate. Everything we tried was perfection.
