My teammates and I came here for a dinner during a workshop we were attending. Location: If you are staying near the Fox Theater, it's a quick 5-7 minute walk to the restaurant, inside is decorated so cute! I decided to stop by El Valle because it looked really calming from the outside. When I got in I was graciously greeted by the host and manager. I then went to the bar and the bartenders were so attentive. I ordered the Lomo De Cerdo Caribeño and it was delicious! I was so taken aback by the black pepper morita chile sauce that I called the restaurant to find out the ingredients.
