The moment you step foot into the Garden Room you are filled with joy from all of the colorful flowers and greenery. The host is extremely polite and welcoming. I waited at the bar until the rest of my party arrived and the bar tenders were incredible and can make any drink you can think of. To make it even more appealing expect a beautiful rose petal or fruit added to your drink. Once my party arrived we were seated and the decadence began. The oysters were absolutely amazing! To the point that I've made up my mind and I'll be back just for the oysters alone. The deviled eggs were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The kind crab omelette was the perfect balance of seafood and fluffy eggs. The wagyu and eggs were tasty and the French toast had the right amount of sweetness. The lobster rolls were toasted and buttery and the lobster was extremely fresh and beautiful presented. If you want to experience an interactive dessert then you'll be enchanted by the La Vie En Rose. Now it's a pricey dessert, but such a fun experience. Don't walk, run to be mesmerized and enchanted by this beautiful restaurant and incredible service. Ask for Chris to serve your table, he's amazing.

The Garden Room was an excellent location to celebrate an anniversary or any special occasion. The service was great. We had a reservation and were seated immediately and the wait staff was really attentive and helpful. The main draw is of course the ambiance which really lived up to the hype. It looks amazing inside, but was a little smaller than expected. We were also seated in an area where it was a little difficult to take it all in, but it was really cool nonetheless. The drinks were one of the best parts of the meal for me. I loved both the drinks we ordered and would love to visit again to try some more. The focaccia bread appetizer was amazing as well. The main entree I had was the chicken panade which was good, I can't make any complaints, but it wasn't anything that wowed me. They also brought out a free 'Happy Anniversary' dessert at the end of our meal which was delicious and if I visit again I would order off of the menu. Overall, if you have a special occasion coming up and haven't given The Garden Room a try I think it's a great option. It may be pricey, but for the ambiance and experience I think it's all worth it.

This place is beautiful! Came for drinks after dinner, so I didn't try the food, but the drinks were tasty and a very cool, fun vibe. Great DJ playing.

The food was okay but nothing spectacular. You are definitely going for ambiance. Service was great. The cocktails were good but the best thing of the night was the dessert that had the liquid nitrogen rose! Go for the decor. Stay at the St Regis which the restaurant is at the hotel.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with plants, flowers and other elements, so this is a great venue for special occasions. We visited during brunch and ordered Crab Escargot, lobster rolls and Smoked Salmon Benedict. Everything was delicious, but be prepared for very small portions. This is a place to style and profile, but you may need to pick up some burgers on the way home. Great spot!

I'm first to admit I enjoy fine dining and don't mind spending $$$ dining out when warranted, but this place is a little ridiculous even for Buckhead standards. First..$12 for valet parking?!? Thank goodness the restaurant validated or I would have blown a gasket. I saw pics of the restaurant online and expected something pretty and enchanting, but the lighting was so low that I could hardly see, and the way the spotlights were set up, the effect was more tacky and seemed to have been decorated from Michael's. The music was oddly loud and clublike, making it difficult to hear my dinner companions, and overall the whole effect felt like a club from early 2000s (probably around the last time I went clubbing). The food was OK but VERY small portioned and expensive. $62 for a what looked like 4 oz of overcooked Wagyu and 5 pieces of lobster dumpling? My "ravioli" was a little more reasonably priced at $36 but only 5 pieces and topped with Parmesan crisps and ubiquitous foam. Dinner with tip for a party of 3 came out to $267. We skipped dessert and walked across the street to Jeni's which was sadly the best course of the night. Overall experience to quote Migos is "bad and boujee" and NOT in a good way. Come here if you're willing to shell out the bucks to snap some Instagram pics or Tik tok or whatever the young kids are using nowadays.

Just...no.....we spent over a year wanting to go here only for it to be the biggest disappointment. It's like they only attempted to make the food look good (and failed) and had no care to how the food tasted. Nothing about this place could make me come back. We were originally drawn in by the ambiance but the restaurant was so crowded and LOUD that you can barely have a conversation. The food was beyond MID. The steak was 'eh' and the lobster roll and sides tasted like they were made out of imitations. It's clear that no one who created the dishes has the extensive flavor pallet needed to create a delicious meal. Not to mention how expensive everything was (if tasted decent it wouldn't be an issue but it was all terrible and not worth it). The service and drinks are the only reason this isn't getting 0-1 star.

I was not impressed the food, nor was I impressed with the staff. I attended a birthday dinner and nothing brought out was explained (nor was it tasty). There were no sides to share or accompany the dishes; I ordered grouper and it was very bland and mediocre. The ambiance is very sexy with floral hanging from the ceiling and moody lighting throughout, but the actual food was just okay. I recommend coming for a few cocktails before or after dinner, but not to eat dinner or host a birthday party.

Our server was amazing and very helpful plus he looked like Lenny Kravitz. We had the lobster omelette, lobster roll, and steak. The show stopper was the lobster omelette. It had more lobster than the lobster roll and by far the best omelette I have ever had. For dessert I had the frozen rose experience. Super fun. The wine selection did not disappoint and together with the cheese plate, well you know there is nothing better than a perfect wine and cheese pairing. Honestly we went for the ambience and my expectations for the food and wine were not high based on other reviews. If you are looking for a value meal don't go here because it's not cheap, but it shouldn't be because this is fine dining and top notch service.

Spent my birthday here and went with a group of 4 people. Had a wonderful time. The food while pricey was great! I knew that it was more of a tapa style place before I went so I wasn't expecting large portions. We ordered a LOT of food and loved everything that came to our table. Our server was attentive as well and the ambience was gorgeous. Definitely will return.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ classic • elegant • unique • delicious Atlanta, The Garden Room is the place to be on any night, but weekends are amazing because you get the chance to catch their in house DJ after 9pm. Make a reservation because they are sure to be fully committed. The brilliant and talented individuals that support the service at this upscale lounge are top notch. Jennifer, one of the managers has built an amazing relationship with my spouse and I. Her attention to detail is second to none. She remembers everything that we enjoy, the flavors we love and the food compositions that excite our palate, and she delivers one of a kind specialties. A few items that should land on your bucket list to try include: •I Love Lychee Martini: the best in ATL •Not So French •Love Potion •Fresh Baked focaccia bread served with balsamic vinegar and oils •SQUASH CAPPELLETTI ♥️ Everything on the menu was delicious including the custom Lychee Bon Bon’s that the pastry chef prepared for us in advance because I love Lychee so much. Jennifer scored us a show stopping VIP booth to the DJ. Her knowledge of the lounge and the Michelin Star restaurant “Atlas” next door was impeccable. Please don’t sleep on this lounge and get there as soon as you can.

The Garden Room is probably one of the dreamiest rooms I've ever been in. Stepping in, you feel like you enter a secret garden of sorts. Definitely recommend planning your visit a month out - reservations open up 31 days ahead of time on Open Table so if you want an exact date and time with exact group size, you should plan ahead. Otherwise, if you're looking for something last minute, stalk the Open Table website for last minute openings. OR, if I'm not mistaken, the bar is first come first serve. On my first visit, I was able to bring my small Canon mirrorless camera and take memorable photos of my food and drinks (you can see the photos I posted with this review where I used my mirrorless camera). However, my second visit they did not allow "professional photography" which was disappointing. I love to show off my food pics on Yelp and social media I just can't get the same effect with my iPhone. The drinks aren't cheap but they're gorgeous and tasty. I've tried a few: the Polar Solstice and the Send Noods are both delicious and pretty. And the espresso martini is off-menu but is impeccable: worth every penny. Over my two visits, I've tried the Oysters. Black Truffle Pillows. Lobster Rolls. Charred Octopus. 1000 layer potatoes. Basil Pesto Gnocchi. Garden Room Crab Dip. I don't think I had one dish I didn't like, although some items were smaller and pricier overall. Looking for an Instaworthy dessert? Raspberry Rose Vacherin (La vie en rose) is exactly that. They bring out a frozen rose that you get to break into yourself by clapping your hands around it over the dessert. Overall, I haven't had a bad time here yet - definitely recommend if you're looking for a gorgeous instaworthy dining experience!

Traveling and dining extensively worldwide as a broadcast journalist, my exposure to fine food and various cuisines is extensive. My recent dining experience at the Garden Room in Atlanta I found to be a five star experience top to bottom. From the moment of check in, the "ground"was set for an enjoyable evening with no prior expectations. One of the managers working this particular evening, Jen, was extremely accommodating in meeting my request for seating in spite of the fact the restaurant was extremely busy, nonetheless Jen quickly made available my desire for preferred seating. I found the wine list to be extensive with options as well as sample tastings provided for my enjoyment. My server was extremely pleasant with a full review and explanation of menu choices. I found the meal presentation and serving sizes to be appropriately presented and extremely tasty. The for mentioned manager personally checked in on several occasions to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable and all of my needs were met. Upon my departure she encouraged me to return and at some point experience their Michelin awarded adjoining Atlas restaurant. It was such a pleasure to enjoy an exquisite dining experience in an atmosphere of fun and professionalism. I would in no way be hesitant to recommend The Garden Room to those desirous of an exquisite dining experience.

I remember when The Garden Room (TGR) first opened, there was so much anticipation and it was almost impossible to get a reservation if you hadn't secured one a few months in advance. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the space being bright and beautifully decorated with colorful, floral flare. The cocktails and the dishes have very appealing presentations overall, but the food offerings are just a huge miss for me. The portions are way too small for the price point and even the cocktails are overpriced. If you are actually hungry and hoping to get a filling meal for dinner or brunch then TGR is not the move. You will easily spend $20 for one mimosa, $60 for steak and Eggs, $30 for a few tiny crab claws, and $15 for valet (AFTER validation). If on the other hand you are just looking for a cute spot to visually impress your date or take pictures with your female friends to post on social media then TGR is definitely good for that. Since I'm not trying to do either after this visit, I doubt I'll be back any time soon.
