The lady taking the order didn't know what she was doing, I asked for a turkey sandwich and she added cheese without me asking and of course it's an extra $3.99 for three slices of american cheese! When I realized and asked for a refund she didn't want to and claimed she didn't know how to do it.My friend asked for a vegan sandwich and it was bread with mayo... very little lettuce and nothing else, expensive and terrible service...Go somewhere else if you want a good sandwich.

Lazy employees that always want to leave early... So even though it says they are open till 9, it's a lie... They lock the door and shake their head at anyone who tries to come in a little after 8pm because they would rather clean up and leave early.I understand being "Those people" that show up at restaurants right as kitchen closes... But a sandwich place that takes 2 min to slap together? Unsat.Sounds like from all the bad reviews, those lazy sandwich ladies may have done me a favor by not letting me in. So they get 1 extra star for not making me even more angry.

I used UberEats to deliver. The store called me (8:02pm) and told me they didn't have any delivery help so they would refund my money. I told them I would come and pick it up they said they were closed. I called back an hour later and they said they would send me a receipt of refund, nothing was sent.... And my order was charged at 12:04 am... they could have canceled the charge. UberEats fixed the issue this morning but both staff lied to me and tried to take money.
