During a recent business trip at the Grand Hyatt, I had the opportunity to dine at the Onyx Lounge, which proved to be on of the highlights of my stay. Despite encountering minor issues with my order, the response from the management was prompt and effective, ensuring everything was quickly rectified. Spent some time at Grand Hyatt for Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed several meals and the Onyx Restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food delectable. HR surely has a penchant for selecting only the best people to represent the Hyatt Brand and everyone and everything exceeding my expectations!

Live next door, popped in for late lunch early dinner. The service was amazing, thank you Work who is the bartender. There was a young lady who made an amazing OH my Chai for Brandy. The food was amazing as well. We will be back.Vegetarian options: Alepo Cauliflower spicy bites were amazing. Flatbread cheese pizza was good as well.
