I haven’t ever really had a problem with delivery times or food quality, but if you ask to pay cash for your delivery only have the exact amount you intend to pay. We asked for change and were told the delivery person didn’t have any. This put us in a position where we were forced to tip an insane amount in order to receive our food.It should have been explicitly stated that it is EXACT CHANGE ONLY.
It's just a chain sandwich shop, so you can't expect much. But I've never waited longer for 3 sandwiches in my life. Our orders were correct, though, and the employees were not rude. The handle on the bathroom door was broken, so someone walked in on me, and that wasn't fun. Parking was a nightmare, through no fault of the sandwich shop.
