I really loved that the ice creams had a good flavor, not just sugary like other brands. The service is very attentive and there are many options to satisfy the craving for sweet things.
We came in late on a Friday, however from the greeting you would have thought we were the first customers of the day. Our cashier was very informative and knowledgeable about all of the menu items. She really swayed my decision on the ice cream of the day… which was a custom “upgraded” version of Butter Pecan. It was delicious and I would definitely recommend. As always a great experience and I visit Kilwin’s wherever I go that has a location.

Wanda, the manager, did an excellent job of guiding us towards a solution to our sugar cravings. The chocolate and peanut butter are made in house and it tasted that way. It was super fresh and tasty. I've been here too many times and it's always spectacular.
