It took the dark skinned African guy +5 minutes just to find my order when I arrived. After finally leaving I opened my pizza and it was made terrible. I called the store location right away and the same guy that gave me the pizza answered the phone. He took my complaint, told me hold on, and never came back to the line. He rudely hung up. So I drove back to the store location. I advised them the pizza crust was burnt and not edible. Anthony begin to remake, but would’ve give me the African guy name. Anthony mentioned the other guy that refused to give his name hasn’t worked there to long. I had to wait additional time for my dinner. Horrible experience.

I called at 10:30 and the phone rings through but no one picked up for over 10 min - I give up and try calling back... "I'm sorry we've closed, says their answering machine."I won't be choosing this marcos again.

I ordered curbside pickup I sat for at least 10 mins after checking in waiting for my order. Just to call and be told I have to pickup in stores. It’s barely anywhere to park and why offer curbside if you have to come in. My order wasn’t made correctly and I didn’t receive my extra dipping sauces that I paid for definitely won’t be back!

I called and spoke with the manager. His name is Anthony and he was great! However, when I went into Marco’s, Anthony was out on a delivery. When I attempted to place my gluten free pizza order I was told I could not be accommodated. When I asked for the manager, the gentleman explained that he was out on delivery, so I decided to wait for his return.Thankfully, Anthony returned within 15 minutes. He prepared my order in time for the Super Bowl festivities and the gluten free pepperoni pizza was perfect.Anthony made my order in a separate area, used clean utensils and cookware, and there was no cross contamination.I only wish the staff were more informed and prepared to assist in cases like mine.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac.

If I could give this dump no stars I would. Staff was so rude, wouldn't even look me in the eye. My sub sandwich was cold in the middle, and there's a quiet atmosphere of death hanging over the dining area. The only staff member in front of the counter was scrolling through her phone the entire time. Never going near this place again.

I wish I could give this zero stars because I never received my order. I placed an order at 7:29pm through the app. There was a promise time of 7:59. At 8:30 I called the restaurant to get an ETA. The person on the phone said my order has been cooked they were just waiting on the driver. An hour goes by and I call back. The person on the phone said that my order had been canceled and she wasn’t sure why. It is now 9:33pm so I reorder the pizza. They tell me I should have my pizza delivered in 30 mins. An hour goes by and I call. The same person on the phone says that my pizza is ready and just waiting on a driver. She said it would be another 30 mins. No apology no compensation. I just canceled my order since I had already waited 4 hours.

I order from Marco’s all the time, and I’ve never had an issue with carryout orders.I decided to do delivery today, which was a terrible experience. I placed my order at 12:15 pm. The “promised time” was 12:45 pm. I received a notification that it was out for delivery at 12:41 pm. I live 1.3 miles from this location.When my pizza hadn’t arrived by 1:15, I called the store to see if there was an issue. The lady who answered stated that they only had one driver and that our pizza wouldn’t be cold. She could not provide any updates.When I had not received my pizza by 1:40, I called again. She stated that if the pizza was not there in 5-10 minutes to call again. I asked if I would receive any compensation or discount for this significant delay and was told I would have to speak to the manager.The pizza was delivered at 1:50 pm.I understand only having one delivery driver and the delays associated with that fact. My main issue is that if you know the delivery is going to take over an hour and a half why post a promised delivery time of 30 minutes. If I had known the delivery would take this long, I would have drove to the pizza place myself. Why would I pay $4.99 extra to wait forever?I would ask that there be more accurate delivery times. In the time it took my pizza to be delivered, I could have reordered another pizza, picked it up, and eaten it 30-45 minutes before mine was ever delivered.Needless to say I will never order delivery from this location again. Although it’s the closest location to me, I’ll probably drive to a different location if I decide to get Marco’s again simply based on my personal interactions with the staff today.2 stars only because I like the pizza, and it’s a great price.

Ordered at 6:30pm, with an estimated delivery of 7:45 and the pizzas delivered at almost 9pm. That is unacceptable. When I tried to call and get an update on the status of the order I waited on hold for 25 minutes and nobody picked up. I will not be ordering from this Marco's anymore.
