I called and spoke with the manager. His name is Anthony and he was great! However, when I went into Marco’s, Anthony was out on a delivery. When I attempted to place my gluten free pizza order I was told I could not be accommodated. When I asked for the manager, the gentleman explained that he was out on delivery, so I decided to wait for his return.Thankfully, Anthony returned within 15 minutes. I order from Marco’s all the time, and I’ve never had an issue with carryout orders.I decided to do delivery today, which was a terrible experience. I placed my order at 12:15 pm. The “promised time” was 12:45 pm. I received a notification that it was out for delivery at 12:41 pm.
