Katherine and her team are simply amazing! Totally different stories when Curtis is there and K is not. Curtis DOES NOT want to be here or DO ANYTHING. a snub...EVERYTIME. Star at customers and NOT saying Hello. Waited for 15+ minutes without a greetings from anyone. 2 people standing behind the registers. Finally Curtis comes out with water jug and whiny about Doesn't care and doesn't want to be there.
Every time I come here, I get to catch up with Katherine, and she is an absolute gem. I look forward to trying the seasonal flavor, but I mostly love catching up with her. We have had the rare chance to learn more about each other, and that's what I love about my experience here. It's why I stopped ordering online.
