This location has drastically changed over the past couple of years. The service is mediocre and very slow. I visited on a Friday afternoon and they were filling so many delivery orders that my orders seemed to be less prioritized. Improvements are needed before I'd consider returning. I wanted to have a good experience but left disappointed.

We were here for a quick lunch. The salad was good and we had soup as well. The breads here are freshly baked daily.

The soda machine all moldy, please do not drink water or anything out of there. They don’t have a bathroom or it was out of order we had to go to Chipotle for that. In the seating area the music was very loud once we got our food. We asked to turn it down and we were told that the management wants the music to be at this high volume. Very little chicken in my sandwich.the place was dirty. All tables had crumbs on them. This is ridiculous! Maybe they don’t want people to enjoy their meal there. By Panera!

I ordered thru their website, it was a big order spent $300. The food was over an hour late. When it arrived the food was spilled all over. I called the store multiple times, called the driver multiple times and nobody answered…

I came in and ordered a 5 people order.On top of not being able to order ahead for such an order to help prepare the crew, I was scolded by the manager for not ordering at the register so she could “prepare herself”.She then proceeded to loudly say “she can wait, idk why she would order at the POS system” um maybe because it was there and your staff wasn’t at the cash register. I waited over an hour as all other guests orders were given out and as she proceeded to say “that $70 order can wait” I’ll never come by again. God forbid you have to do what you were paid for
They are rude when serving people. Yesterday one of the workers yelled at me. I don't recommend. They go too far with people. They don't know how to respect. They lack customer service.
