The soda machine all moldy, please do not drink water or anything out of there. They don’t have a bathroom or it was out of order we had to go to Chipotle for that. In the seating area the music was very loud once we got our food. We asked to turn it down and we were told that the management wants the music to be at this high volume. I ordered thru their website, it was a big order spent $300. The food was over an hour late. When it arrived the food was spilled all over. I called the store multiple times, called the driver multiple times and nobody answered…

This location has drastically changed over the past couple of years. The service is mediocre and very slow. I visited on a Friday afternoon and they were filling so many delivery orders that my orders seemed to be less prioritized. Improvements are needed before I'd consider returning. I wanted to have a good experience but left disappointed.
