I feel like this is one of the best run Panera restaurants (of those I visit). This is a very busy location, but they are always fast, efficient, and friendly. They are on top of things and get my order with special instructions correct every time. Tyra is great! It's clean, and always well stocked as far as coffee and drinks that are self-serve. I visit this location at least three times a week, and they are consistent.

I am here today because my father is having open heart surgery. While I am okay, other people may not be okay. I wish that some of these people would remember where they are when they talk to others. The food was fresh. I saw that the price for a half Cobb was like, $7.69....something like that. The name on the receipt says Tyra, but it was a tall guy. He asked me if I wanted a side and I said no. I looked at my receipt and saw that my order came to $9.19. I decide that since it costs almost $10 I may as well get chips. I go to pick up my order and I said, "hey, I originally said I didn't want chips, but I do."The girl handling my order says, "Wow"...turns a 180 and simply puts a bag of chips in the bag and proceeds to tell me, " you can't change your mind once you get back here". And then they all started talking about it as if I had done something wrong, while I was standing right there. It felt really cruel. I did not feel welcome and I will not be coming back.In the middle of Atlanta, there are plenty of places to eat, but I was going for convenience, and now I know that convenience isn't that important. For the other people that have to choose convenience,don't change your mind after you've ordered your food.

I had triple heart bypass surgery in December and my fiance visited the Panera Bread several times during my stay. I was discharged on the 20th of December yet my card was used in the month of January and as recently as yesterday. I have called several times but no one ever answers the phone. So now I'm forced to take legal action because you guys have thieves working there.

Panera inside Piedmont hospital was great! I was so glad the were there during my husband's procedure.
This is my “Cinnamon Crunch Latte” via Uber eats. It was originally lighter but I added a shot of my own expresso to make it dark like the advertised pictures on website. This tasted like hot milk with no hint of cinnamon,coffee or whipped cream. McDonald’s has better coffee than this. After ordering from here for the first time, I can confidently say, I’m not impressed and will not be ordering from this location again.
