I am here today because my father is having open heart surgery. While I am okay, other people may not be okay. I wish that some of these people would remember where they are when they talk to others. The food was good, but service could be much better. The restaurant was not really clean. When I asked for assistance, the staff was not friendly and responded as if I were a bother. I did not feel welcomed.

I feel like this is one of the best run Panera restaurants (of those I visit). This is a very busy location, but they are always fast, efficient, and friendly. They are on top of things and get my order with special instructions correct every time. Tyra is great! It's clean, and always well stocked as far as coffee and drinks that are self-serve. I visit this location at least three times a week, and they are consistent.
