First time trying the flatbread pizza. It was big enough to split.

Worst Panera experience ever but honestly I haven't been to a nice Panera in a long time. We had two free kids meal vouchers and both of my children were with me. I had just picked them up from school. One of the vouchers wasn't filled out because the school has handed out blank forms so I didn't think anything of it. The manager immediately responded that she couldn't accept it because it wasn't completed. She was so rude while I was standing there by myself with my two kids under 5 years old. She ended up accepting it after I became frustrated, but it was totally ridiculous. It was also gross in there and the tea machine was empty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, it wasn't even crowded. I'll never come back to this location again.

Love the bagels and breads. A great, intuitive website or app to preorder, but... as soon as I placed the order I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up - still not ready 15 min later.

Super slow food making process, the worker acted as if it's my fault for ordering a foot-long sandwich. I've been to so many Panera bread. This one probably has a good location but is definitely the worst experience.

They were completely out of bagels at 10:30am, and that's the only thing left that I will still buy at Panera due to the high costs and small amounts and I'm still hungry when I leave. Plan on spending almost $20 for a meal and then go grab a burger somewhere else because you're still hungry. Since they were out of bagels, and they had whole bread bowls, I asked if they could cut it and warm it up for me since they were out of bagels. The answer was a hard, no, with no further explanation. I guess I'll have to finally go to Starbucks. I'm over Panera for the next few years.

Had a sandwich and soup for my first meal of the day, got sick immediately after. I ordered a half sandwich and received a full one for no extra charge so I have to wonder if it was an old extra sandwich from earlier in the day/day before. Staff are nice and clearly work hard at such a busy location but I probably won’t return unfortunately.

Didn't receive a receipt for my order. I had to have a receipt to submit for reimbursement, didn't realize I needed the receipt until after we left. Tried calling the store for 5 weeks straight, nearly every day, no answer. Called and spoke to Catering since no one answered the phone at the store, she took a message and said she'd send it to the manager, never got a call back. Finally got a manager 6 weeks later after calling again myself, and then told they can't go back that far to get a receipt and their phones were down for weeks. I live further away and could not just drop by to ask.

I love penera bread, but personally, I thought for the money, my Asian chicken salad lacked ingredients. Basically, chicken, Asian dressing, and croutons. For 17.00 I will make a different choice next time.I still love penera, but I will choose a different entry next time.

I believe it is worth highlighting the weekday morning staff at this Panera. I stop in a couple of times a week. The manager and the counter person have terrific customer service. A pleasant experience each time.

I’m not a Panera guy but everything I ordered was decent to good. The person taking the order was pleasant. Space was big and parking was plentiful. I’d definitely return when in Atlanta.

Food is always good however every time I place a to go or delivery order there are always multiple items missing. No one is checking the orders against the receipt. Today I am missing 3 bags of chips and a Tuna Sandwich. Very frustrated.
