My colleague and I had the pleasure of working with 1778 Events during our Special Valentine’s Day LACE Dinner Party. They did an amazing job! Their attention to detail and the staffs willingness to assist was a critical part in the success of our event. The venue was clean, set on time, and looked amazing! Their audio/visual staff was A1 and flawlessly handled our production needs. We look forward to working with 1778 in the future.
This establishment and/or the management are horrible. They advertise one thing and then try to push something else on you as if you don't know any better. Nothing about that night was professional at all. From them opening the doors late ( even though they advertised "express entry") to them giving everone the same wristbands to them allowing anyone into the "VIP" area to them not having an organized meet and greet ( even though they said they would have a list to check off) to false advertisement of the tables to the time the event was supposed to end. Some of these things could have been troubleshot had someone taken the time to acknowledged things weren't what they claimed to have been and attempted to make things right with the patrons.
