Recently ate here while on a work trip. Food was very good overall. Steaks were well cooked but meat itself could have been a slightly higher quality. Sides and dessert were very good. Michael was our server for the night and was absolutely excellent. He really set the tone and made for a really nice experience and night out.

After 30+ years of going to Ruth's Chris, I finally had a HORRIBLE experience. 3285 Peachtree location in Atlanta could take lessons from Chipotle. The kitchen was on point as always, but service was honestly not just substandard for RC but was honestly abysmal. Took 25 minutes to get past water, and the restaurant was heavily staffed for servers. Even asked to be seated in another section and was told they would get with the manager, and nothing ever occurred - not even a polite no. ...and the kicker, it was my wife and my anniversary, on Easter, and there were only a few tables sat. Got to the bill, it was thrown on the table. Had to ask for the desert menu and was handed an iPad. Had to ask for water, etc... 101 Server stuff here. Thank you for ruining our anniversary dinner.I will refrain from stating what was an obvious reason for the horrible service. Others there were receiving what appeared to be what i have found to be typical service for RC.No excuse, RC. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE at 3285 Peachtree location in Atlanta on a very slow and heavily staffed Easter Sunday.Parking: Took 25 minutes to get the vehicle. Was not processed in proper sequence.

My partner and I had date night here on 3/31, and our visit was a 10/10. The food and wine were exquisite, and we had lots left over for lunch the next day. Our server, Michael, was extremely attentive and polite, and he made our experience that much more enjoyable. Ruth's Chris never disappoints!
Stayed at the Embassy with my daughter so we could go over and watch the Team USA soccer game , we received top service from Ms. Nikia and Ms. Myiah. Was able to meet Mr Munoz the GM as well I will definitely be back

A-1 experience! The restaurant's staff, our waiter Michael and food was outstanding! From the start we were greeted and congratulated on our anniversary. Our table was decorated to signify our celebration. Our waiter Michael introduced himself and the highlights of the restaurant to us. If professional curtesy was a person, it would be Michael! Very knowledgeable about the foods on the menu and the process of our food upon being delivered. We ordered the lamb chops, lobster mac and cheese, and asparagus. The absolute best dinner we've had to bless our anniversary! Michael and the restaurant even treated us to a beautiful anniversary dessert with champagne. Ruth's, the chefs, receptionist and Michael really made our night the best!

This was my second time attending this particular location and I must say the the food and service was amazing. I attended these specific restaurants because of the rules put in place, to name one the dress code. I noticed that more than half of the restaurants were in sneakers, hoodies, tee shirts and blue jeans but there is clearly a sign at the receptionist desk that says proper attire. During dining there was also a baby crying which was very uncomfortable. Spending hundreds of dollars on fine dining the last thing I want to hear is a baby crying a few feet away. Ruth's Chris has amazing food and wonderful service but we'll probably attend the Kennesaw location.

The appetizers were delicious! Calamari and the crab cakes. The drinks didn’t come for about 20 plus minutes ( 2 Strawberry Lemonades); however she took them off of the bill. The food which came out almost 45 minutes after the appetizer was horrible! The baked chicken ( my first time EVER eating) was damn near burnt and tough to cut. The lobster Mac was thrown together and the mashed potatoes were bland and tasted like grits! I really felt like they gave us DOG SCAPS! Our bill was $55.00 because they took the meals off; HOWEVER, the waitress was TIPPED $25 for her services. For this to be my first meal after breaking my fast and my first time ever eating chicken from a Ruth Chris Establishment; I was UTTERLY DISSATISFIED!

Service was excellent. Atmosphere with sleeping server at the entry table was not up to the restaurant level. Steak requested to be medium and made to almost well done. Lioness potatoes cooked in deep fryer and not on skillet.
