I went for a quick lunch and being this was my first time at Salata I took in the scenery by observing the menu and the decor before starting my order, then turned out that one of the servers was a former student of mine . Normally the salad is great, but today after a 10 mile endurance bike ride through Arabia Mountain my lady and I stopped by for salads . Once I got home and opened my salad container I saw lettuce moving and turns out it was a HUGE FLY , I WILL be paying this location a visit tomorrow to make them aware.

Well I must say being at Salata on Bill Kennedy Way ended up being an enjoyable experience.
