I'm a shake shack connoisseur. I make it a point to visit every single one. This one is very nice as I would expect a restaurant in this area to be. The staff was fast and efficient. The food was good and uniform with other shake shacks. However, I just despise paying for parking just to get a burger. Not their fault, but you should be aware if you plan on sitting down. Shake Shack indeed emphasizes on-the-spot preparation. Even with a relatively low customer turnout, the wait for the meal can still extend to around 15-20 minutes, a tad longer than expected.
I got the bacon avocado burger, it was very good. Did not sit heavy in my stomach like many burgers do. Bacon fires were good, but not sure it was worth the upcharge because the regular fries were really good. The milkshakes were decent. My son got the hot dog and said it was decent, but the skin was tough. He said he'd order something different next time.
