I ordered a $12 smoothie in an allergy bowl, bc I have a nut allergy. First they made it in a regular bowl and had to make it over. I specifically had a conversation with them about my nut allergy. The remake that they made in an allergy bowl HAD NUTS IN IT!!!! I drank a bit and realized!!! I immediately started to have a reaction!!! I brought it to their attention and needed to get medical attention, however when I asked for a refund so I could go bc I couldn't wait or chance a remake I NEVER got my refund!!!!! I love Smoothie King but this location, NEVER AGAIN!!!

They are promoting Acai Bowls a little as a teething spoon, they don’t customize orders, the menu is overwhelming. Today I was reminded why I stop coming to this place years ago. Never Again!!!

Smoothies are always fine, but the service is abysmal. Consistently have pickup orders that haven’t even been started when I get there 10 mins after it says it should be ready and there are no customers in the shop. Worst experience was today, when I tried to order, it said the earliest pickup time was 55 minutes from now, which is ridiculous, so I tried to call and see if that was accurate. Phone rang for 5 minutes, no answer. Tried again 10 mins later, no answer. I have worked in the food industry for years, I don’t expect the employees to break their necks for decent service, but I expect at least bare minimum effort, and it’s just not present here.

I’ve lived around this smoothie king for over 5 years and it always pains me to stop at this location. Smoothies always take more than 10 min to come out and it never feels like they’re prioritizing the customers in the building. DO NOT stop here if you are in a rush. Patience is a valuable trait to accompany you to this establishment. Outside of that, the smoothies aren’t terrible. There is surely a laid back manager behind this location.Parking: Parking garage in the same complex. More parking as you drive up additional levels.

UPDATE: Not Delivering to Promise (literally). I placed an order via the SK app, not DoorDash, and the driver arrives with 1 of the 2 Smoothies and no straw. Clearly states on receipt for the one he delivered, 1 of 2. He claims the store didn’t give it to him. I immediately call the store, explain the situation and was told to hold for the manager, only to be told s(he) will call me back. How about taking care of the customer? The associate says, “you can come pick it up.” Really? Is that why I ordered delivery to have to come and pick it up? Still waiting on my returned call? Tech support:, add the tip feature that awaits the delivery.UPDATE: 11.3.23 - visited the store. Resolved with a smile. Thank you.UPDATE: called again, manager stepped out and was told I would receive a call. I received the call and am awaiting my credit. Unfortunate, because it was a treat for a family member.UPDATE 11/2/23 - I Called, Still Patiently Waiting - I Spoke with the manager, who was professional, and she indicated a credit would be issued. It’s been 48 hours and I’m still waiting. Called: 12:28 pm today as a follow-up.

You need to get the AC working in the store at 1572 Piedmont RD in Atlanta. It’s been out for weeks and your employees are suffering and it’s not pleasant for your customers either. It was 92 degrees IN the store today!

I come to this location A LOT and never had an issue with my strawberry hulk until I came in today on 6/26/23. I get this smoothie all the time and never had an issue with the taste of it. It was made over, but still tasty we weird. I asked for a refund and the young lady calls her manager and her manager tells her I can’t get a refund. What a JOKE!!! She then tells her employee to get my contact information and she will call me, but she has yet to call. But was quick to answer to say no to that refund when her employee called her bout my concern.Nowhere in the store or on the receipt it’s stated all sales are final or no refunds.The smoothie had no strawberry taste at all. It tasted nasty both times cus the ingredients were off.This why I no longer can give this location my business. I will go elsewhere cus that shows how much you care bout paying, loyal customers.

People did not smile, introduce themselves, or say anything for several minutes.... Then I find out the one Thing I get to enjoy occasionally as a mom has been ruined. Killing five dollar Friday was the worst mistake Smoothie King could've made. Business is already going down because people are finding out all the fruit is frozen and there's a ton of added sugar if you don't know to tell them to leave it out. There are SO MANY NEW, FRESH, BETTER SERVED, BETTER MADE Smoothie places popping up everywhere. I literally only ever got a few different smoothies anyway to keep it on the healthier side.... Now I will not purchase another- ever. Do yourself a favor and go find something FRESH and dependable.RIP Smoothie King

Smoothies for my kids were delivered that smelled - actually REEKED - like weed. Called store and even though the employee was a nice person, there is Nothing they can do unless I drive my (sick) kids there for a free replacement which I can't do.My hands smelled so bad from touching the cups that I had to wash 3x wish dish detergent. Obviously not ok for kids to drink them.So I'm out ~$30 and no smoothies. And I ordered on their website - not via 3rd party site.
