“I love this Starbucks location. We are fortunate that most of the locations in this area have very nice baristas, but this one really stands out. I’m always greeted warmly and have a little conversation with someone behind the counter. It’s nice to be acknowledged right away even when they are clearly very busy. I never feel like an inconvenience. Drinks are always made as requested and available when the app says (if not faster) when ordered ahead. Thank you all!! ?Parking: Lots of parking adjacent to CVS even if many of the spots right in front of the store are full. They also offer two 5 minute run in/run out spaces which is nice!“

So I figured I’d do a mobile app and then do the curbside that they offer but I couldn’t figure it out on the app. I called the store and the young barista happily brought out my much needed grande iced coffee. “The customer service is awesome! The drinks I usually get are Frappuccinos (in particular the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino) and they do it just how I like it! I love caramel and the crunches that come with it. So I usually ask for extra of both and they go above my expectations which is marvelous. Definitely love the consistency of how I like my drink. “This Starbucks is at a busy intersection and always has a long drive through line (if you are parking try to avoid a spot where the line will wrap around you will get block in). Inside they have a community table with 6 chairs and a long bench with 7 tables and 7 chairs. They have plenty of outlets if you need to work remote, and they don't get super busy inside. I've always found a seat. They have a patio but only one umbrella. The coffee here is average, they don't usually mess up orders but sometimes I'll notice I get more ice than anything. Workers are nice and pretty fast.“

“The baristas and coffee are top notch at this location, but the fact that it is no longer a reserve location is so disappointing. It used to be such a treat to go here and get items not available elsewhere, particularly the reserve drinks. They no longer had the item i drove here specifically to get. The poor baristas are very apologetic and still do their best, but confided that they had lost so many regulars with this change. Don't drive all the way here for the reserve experience, it's just a regular Starbucks now. They are planning on redesigning it and making look like a regular location, so anticipate a closure.“

Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. “The baristas who I have come in contact with at this location have always greeted me with a "good morning" accompanied by a big smile. I tell you what, with a greeting like this, during a rough period in my life, their kind disposition has enabled me to be at complete ease. ?Vegetarian options: I am very pleased by the vegetarian options. However, by going a step further seeking out vegan options, the only option that I was able to find was oatmeal. “This was a new location for me to try out. The store itself was beautiful. It was very clean, organized and bright. They had a great mix of merch and beans. I ordered at the register and it was a little longer than average wait times. I will say one employee looked liked she was not a morning person and hated the world, but one employee was desperately trying to pick up the slack. He apologized for the wait, had a smile on his face, remained super calm while customers were staring waiting for their drink. He was actually one of very few baristas who pronounced my name right and handed my drink off with an infectious smile. This store was the first I have seen that had incentive boards for feedback. Colorful, fun Signs for employees featuring their favorite drinks recommendations. They even offered drink suggestions by horoscopes! . The previous reviews may reflect the one grumpy employee. Don’t let it Deter you from stopping in. My order was perfect. I even entered a contest they were running. “It’s a Starbucks inside of the hospital near the surgery room. I found this to be very convenient as an alternative to walking to the other side of the hospital to get to the food court. The cashier was very friendly and we shared a laugh about or names being similar to popular food brands like Reese’s and Mountain Dew. The service was fast and it was clean. I didn’t feel like I was in a hospital at all for the time I was in there. They also had seating. I ordered the Bacon and Gruyère Egg Bites and they good as usual.“

“There are two locations within a mile of each other and between the two, this one's my favorite. The workers are very friendly, and I always get my order in a timely manner. This location is also always clean and nicely decorated. The only issue I have is that the drinks often taste watered down and I feel like they can do a better job at perfecting them--people do pay $5+ for custom drinks here. I would prefer great customer service over anything but they should definitely do a better job and making the drinks“

“This Stabucks is located inside Macy’s in Lenox Mall. It was pretty quiet around 4.30 - 5 PM. At that time they still served things for breakfast such as ham & swiss croissants and kale & mushroom egg bites. The food and drink were good. My order is always ready when I arrive and the atmosphere Inside is actually great.My only challenge with this location is that there are many homeless that linger and sleep near the building so it ALWAYS smells around and just outside of it ?. The patio is useless as it often smells and is near a high traffic road. This isn't anything the staff can really do anything about, but fyi as you visit the location. No drive thru here.“

“Shante was AMAZING. Literally everyone else that was working there looked like they didn’t even know what was going on. People weren't getting their drinks and one gal was moving slower than my crippled granny and she was young and able bodied. I don’t know what is going on with these people BUT Shante is the exception. Within 5 minutes of her getting there she was getting everyone their stuff and making it happen! You need to promote her and get more Shante’s. Because that crew was doing NOTHING except for her. You can look at the rime I make this review to see who was working. They all need a redirecting conversation and Shante needs a raise and promotion. She is the ONLY reason I’m giving 5 starts without her, it would have been a 1 star review.“
“Went in today for something different. The barista behind the counter paid me no mind (no greeting, no acknowledgment). I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I told him I wanted to try something different and he immediately started giving suggestions based on the beautiful day outside as well as my flavor preferences. I settled on a pineapple, mango, dragonfruit lemonade. It is delicious! I asked for the recipe so I could keep it in my notes, which Ryan graciously provided. This may be my new go-to drink!
