Came here for my 39th birthday with my husband and boy did we have a treat. From the young man that greeted us at the door to our amazing waiter Kat!!! She was so super cool and knowledgeable. We loved our history lessons. Kat you made my birthday one to remember. I appreciate you for all of your hard work, such a beautiful person with a great personality. This place did NOT disappoint. I had the ribeye and my husband had salmon. Seasoned to perfection. Thanks so much too each of you!!

$16 USD for a side of fries is absolute robbery. Gigi salad is bland. Pass on this.

Their calamari was chewy. For the price I expected a soft buttery bite but instead I got what you get at most places, subpar. I got the lobster gnocchi and it was honestly terrible. It had way too much flour, it was really dry. The lobster bits were so small you almost couldn't see them and the vodka sauce just tasted like cream, nothing like some amazing vodka sauce I've had before. I wouldn't pay $5 for it, let alone $42. I literally would have been better off getting packaged gnocchi and vodka sauce from Walmart. I also tried the center cut filet and it just tasted burnt with literally no flavor, no butter, nothing. They cooked it well, it was tender but not worth it. Just take my word for it and avoid this place.

The Buckhead Business Association hosted an exclusive members only appreciation dinner for sponsors. Alex the Sales & Events Manager was amazing to work with! Her attention to detail and follow through was above and beyond. Everything from the private dining room, prefix menu, to our attentive lovely server, April was OUTSTANDING! We plan to host another dinner at The Palm very soon.Parking: Valet and self park is validated and easy.

We've dined here before and returned as the customer service is usually stellar. In addition, the chef has fried my child's food allergy items in new grease and separate fryer. Unfortunately, the manger for the evening must not be accostomed to dealing with accommodations or meeting patron needs. Amy told us that she couldn't accommodate us because it was too close to dinner to use fresh oil for my child's fries. When I explained I've dined there on several occassions where that wasn't a problem she said that it would take 40 minutes and couldn't do it so close to dinner. I explained we would not have driven 45 minutes to dine if this was service we were expecting. After lengthy dialogue Amy finally had the chef prepare our child's food. We will dine here again but we will call ahead to make sure Amy is not there as she should not be in the service industry.

I would like to share my recent experience with the Palm where I attended a private function. I am very picky when it comes to food and service since I have an allergy. This is my 2nd time coming back to Palm. I was pleased to be served again by Steve, Brad, and Dianah. The team was amazing and provided great customer service considering that there was a large group of people. Steve accommodated every request that I had. I look forward to coming back again to Palm!

Carlos was my bartender at the Palm and he was fantastic! He was super helpful and a joy to talk to. He gave amazing recommendations and gave a lot of selections. I’d go back to the Palm just for Carlos! I definitely recommend stopping by. One of the best Old Fashions I’ve ever

The food wasn’t great and they weren’t busy. Maybe 3 tables when we went and our entire party food came out cold. The Gigi salad was decent. I also had the crab cocktail and it was nicely chilled. The only problem was the server took it away without asking before I was done and discarded it. I literally had 2 to 3 pieces. He said they’d bring me out more and what did they do you might ask? Put a few pieces in the condiment container and added it to my salad I took to go. Disappointed was an understatement. The manager though was great. He compensated those at the table who had a horrible experience and made my cousin’s birthday celebration better. I didn’t fuss about it. I’m not sure if that particular Sunday was an off day or not. It’s not worth going back in my opinion. Especially when you have so many excellent restaurants with the same price point in that area.

The restaurant was very accommodating when my party of 8 arrived at 945 and the kitchen was slated to close at 10. Very pleasant and attentive. Food was pricey but excellent- except the Caesar salad. Would not recommend or get that again. It tasted way too spicy and was unexpected. I love garlic- but that was overpowering as well. Would visit again.

This restaurant is ridiculously expensive but the service does not match the price. We had a $400 plus meal for Valentine's Day with a reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated because they overbooked on Valentines to try to cash in on people trying to enjoy a nice night out. Then our waitress was rude and unfriendly. I wish I could give her name because she deserves to be called out but I don't know it because she never gave it! There are so many nice restaurants in Atlanta where the service actually matches the exorbitant prices that you'd be better off visiting.

Came here for dinner. Sat at the bar over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Sure, busy, but no excuse. This is a 180 from the two great lunches I had. But ignoring me for now 32 minutes goes beyond rude service. - No love on Valentines Day

I had reservations for 9pm and didn't get seated until 9:30. I ordered a $130 steak that was overcooked and tough to eat. My Wife and I felt like we were seated in the back in a corner away from the life of the restaurant. And it was our 19th Year Anniversary and nothing was done or acknowledged for it. Most places at least give a complimentary desert. I probably won't be returning.
