I pulled up to a job, gave the customer about a 15 minutes window to get a response. Because I was feeling a bit low energy because of the weather, I noticed urban grind across the street...I will admit I'm not a big coffee fan as far as drinking it, but I do love the smell. So I figured I would stop in see what they have and even if I didn't get anything I would at least get the boost of energy from the smell... I do apologise, I do not remember who helped me, but she was AWESOME! She recommended that I get some coffee drink with chai in it. She also recommended adding to shots of caffeine.I got it cold because I wanted to be able to drink it, I didn't want to sip on something- the taste did take me back on the first sip, I wasn't expecting it to be so flavorable. But after I adjust it to it, I am loving it.I will definitely return. And the ambience inside was really giving me Central Perk from Friends... Lol.

visited here yesterday for the 1st time and I will be back again and again. customer service was impeccable. the vibes were lovely. parking was easy. I wish I would've known it was free lol. I loved my coffee - caramel macchiato iced and the breakfast sandwich was good. the music was great. wifi was popping. let's support this business!

My favourite coffee shop in Atlanta. Really nice people here and the environment is great for work or study. Price is very reasonable as well. Recommend chicken pesto panini and Rasberry white chocolate mocha. I love their seasonal special "very berry latte" as well but they stop making it.

First time patronizing at this establishment and it didn't go well delivery driver said he was given this order and confirmed all items were indeed correct which it wasnt I also received one sandwich there is no number for contact to confirm or deny this information but I definitely am not happy with my service I spent almost 50$ for one sandwich and one 20 oz coffee no thank you unacceptable

FAILED the integrity check. Asked for a double shot americano, 20oz. Charged me for the 4 shot 20oz americano. According to their menu should have been $3.25-3.50 instead of $5.25. I'll find a more honest coffee shop next time.

Came for the first time and 5 stars!! The vibe of this place is super cute and homey, they have a shelf full of games, a printer that you can print with! And the two girls working were super hospitable and kind- even when I had a huge order. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

I like the atmosphere at Urban Grind and the fact that is Black-owned. Being able to order breakfast that consists of more than a pastry is a plus. My only complaint is that on more that one occasion, I have attempted to patronize them, but when I arrived at the stated opening time (Sat 8:30 AM), they were still closed and the inside was dark. In disappointment, I drove to my second choice.Parking: Depends on when you arrive.

I came here for the first time today by pure chance. Things haven't been going well for me in life as of late, and today felt like the worst of it. I was met by Julianna who cared enough to listen and make me feel welcome when I came up to the counter to order. Thank you Urban Grind for baristas like Julianna who meet guests with empathy and kindness -- even on their worst days. For a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a classic coffeehouse vibe, Urban Grind will feed your soul with great coffee and wonderful people.

I go to this establishment often, their coffee is some of the best in ATL! They for sure set the standard! This is a small coffee shop with one single bathroom, sometimes it is clean...the tiolet area was not and this is not the first time.I observed that they now lock the bathroom. As a small business with an inviting place to study, meetups, delicious coffee and bake goods and services. As customers, we need to be responsible to clean after ourselves. Help the small businesses out by cleaning after yourself. To the owner thank you for your business. I think it would be good to have wipes in the bathroom and possibly a swifter. Just a suggestion. Blessings and prosperity to your business.** I passed on using the restroom but the young lady working went that direction when I left. She is always so pleasant and willing to serve.**

hi chairman" does your company accept part time freelancers?

no but for real my chai latte was one of the best I've ever had..and a very chill vibe. I took off a star because they don't accept cash and imo that is elitist behavior. every one doesn't have a card or might not choose to use it for such a small purchase. other than that, it's cool ?

I have more than a few things to rave about with Urban Grind and why it is my favorite café in Atlanta alongside Dancing Goats and Inman Perk.• Urban Grind has the best chai latte and mocha I've ever had.• Usually I'm slightly suspicious of food made at small cafés (mostly because at Starbucks I had one experience where I was given a cold sandwich that they were heating from frozen and they didn't heat it up all the way, and after that, I was like "Never again!") but Urban Grind's chicken pesto panini is amazing and flavorful.• The comfortable and relaxed atmosphere is perfect for getting work done.• One thing I appreciate about Urban Grind is that they have been abiding by COVID safety guidelines very well and it is a visibly clean/sanitized space with limited seating capacity.
